TB JOSHUA SAW POLISH GOVERNMENTAL PLANE CRASH

On January 17th, 2010, those present in the Synagogue, Church Of All Nations Auditorium and viewers of Emmanuel TV witnessed Prophet TB Joshua reading a list of prophecies for the year concerning the national and international community. Included in these prophecies was one concerning the nation of Russia and one of her neighbours which he further explained in the months to come:

“Pray for the nation, Russia. ‘With a neighbour’ – that word is pregnant – not necessarily the next country to them; neighbours. A certain thing that will bring about… I think I will put more light – the way I saw this, I will explain better.”

Speaking further on the prophecy about Russia and her neighbour, Prophet TB Joshua revealed more in another Live Service:

“Prayer for the nation, Russia with their neighbour. The date and time as we move close, we’ll let the world know. We love the nations all over the world. God is Father – the God of the universe.”

Just as the prophet said, as the time approached, he revealed more details about this incident. On Sunday 21st March, 2010 during the First Live Service, these were the prophet’s words:
“I was in a vision and I saw where a balloon was full of people – a lot of people were inside the balloon. It just lost control in the air and the balloon was just looking for a place to land. In that vision, I was just praying, “God, … If God permits me to mention the country, the time and when it will happen, I will do so to save souls. But I am a servant. Sometimes God says, speak in parable to your people. If the country would look at it – this is the voice of God. Sometimes, God speaks – tell the place, tell the time, tell the country – so that people will be conscious – the people of God.”

That same Sunday 21st March, 2010, during the second Live service, Prophet TB Joshua revealed more, this time about the people he saw inside the balloon.
I said we should pray for this nation, I mean for the balloon. I said, I saw a balloon. Pray for this country because I’m seeing people that matter, government officials, they were inside the balloon. Something happened in the air. They are innocent souls. You just continue to pray for them. Now is the time to speak in the believer’s authority. Right now, begin to speak – you are given authority in the name of Jesus Christ. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray.

The following week during the Live service on Sunday 28th March, 2020, Prophet TB Joshua further explained the prophecy saying that he saw a flag being brought down.

“In Jesus Christ’s name we pray. I’m seeing a flag being brought down. Which country? I’m seeing a flag – one, two – white. Everybody should pray for this nation, for redemption. Prayer. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray. One, two – white, white. Everybody should pray for this country – for redemption, prayer. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray. Lord, redeem our land in Jesus’ name. God’s intervention in the whole world. God is God of the universe.”

On Saturday 10th April, 2010, news broke that the Polish President, Lech Kaczynski, the First Lady, Chief of Army Staff, the Chairman of The Bank of Poland and many other prominent Government Ministers were killed when their plane crashed in Russia. News of the crash was met with shock in Poland as Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk described the crash in which the President Lech Kaczynski and the First Lady were killed on Saturday as “the most tragic event of the country’s post-war history”. The Prime Minister called an emergency cabinet meeting in the wake of the devastating crash that claimed the live of many civilian and military leaders. Poland had truly lost people that mattered.

Just as Prophet TB Joshua prophesied, that he saw people that matter, government officials inside the balloon, the crash devastated the upper echelons of Poland’s political and military establishments. On board were the President and First Lady, army chief of staff, national bank president, deputy foreign minister, army chaplain, head of the National Security Office, deputy parliament speaker, civil rights commissioner, deputy minister of national defence; and at least two presidential aides and three lawmakers.

Just as the prophet said, the balloon was full of people, a lot of people were inside the balloon, 97 people were on board, 88 of which were part of the Polish state delegation on route to attend the memorial service in Katyn Forest. As the plane neared its destination, visibility lessened due to thick fog. The Russian-built Tupolev Tu-154 went down some 1.5km from Smolensk airport in thick fog. The plane reportedly struck trees as it approached the airport and caught fire.
“As it was preparing for landing, the Polish president’s aircraft did not make it to the landing strip. It got caught up in the tops of trees, fell to the ground and broke up into pieces. There were no survivors,” reports stated.
Reports state that pilot error has been blamed for the tragedy after it emerged that he turned down the opportunity to land at an alternative runway in thick fog. Witnesses said the pilot made three or four attempts to land before crashing into woodland nearby. According to reports, the pilot accelerated as the plane came in to land and at that point lost contact with air traffic control. Indeed, the plane which was full of people truly lost control in the air and was looking for a place to land just as the prophet said.
As news of the tragedy spread, Prime Minister Donald Tusk declared a week of national mourning and the national flag was lowered to half-staff at the presidential palace, where people gathered to lay flowers and light candles.
Notice how Prophet TB Joshua describes in a parable the flag of a country that God had shown him in the vision, saying that out of the two colours, one was white. The polish flag consists of two colours, white and red. In the prophecy, Prophet TB Joshua emphasized the colour white, which is the first colour that appears at the top of the Polish flag. The moving picture of the tail fin of the plane carrying the Government delegation clearly shows the Polish red and white colors stuck up from the debris – a portrait of the nation’s loss.

The parable of the flag being brought down is also symbolic of the death of a leader in the nation and this was true for Poland who not only lost her President but also top political, religious and military leaders in this devastating plane crash.
Notice the way that Prophet TB Joshua first started the prophecy at the beginning of the year, by saying that a certain thing will happen between Russia and one of her neighbours. Poland is one of Russia’s neighbours, which although is not her nearest neighbour, holds an important political and historical tie with the Eurasian giant. The tragic irony of the untimely deaths of Poland’s leaders which occurred as they flew to attend a commemoration service of the Katyn massacre did not go unnoticed. This joint commemoration would have been a step towards better Russian-Polish relations.
Sometimes in life, it seems as if the world around us is coming to an end. It is in critical situations like this when we know who is a man or woman of faith. We at Emmanuel TV and The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations pray for the nation of Poland at this time, that God would open the eyes of their faith that they may know God’s will concerning their situation and that the peace of God would comfort them.
