The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Choir
On May 17, 2026, the third Sunday of the month, worshippers in The Synagogue had yet another mighty encounter with God’s Spirit.
Beginning with prayerful meditation, they asked for the forgiveness of their sins and the continuation of divine grace in their lives.
To invoke the anointing, they went into an intense praise session in which they exalted the name of the Lord. With each song, the tempo rose, leading to increasing manifestations of the anointing that heals, delivers and saves.
The SCOAN Choir
While some of the people shed tears signaling their brokenness, others expelled the impurities in their systems. So saturated with the God essence was The Arena Of Liberty that its ambience exposed every foul spirit.
The people sang, “Miracles Are Happening Now/As We Lift Our Hands In Worship/Yahweh, Your Name Be Praised!”
The SCOAN Sunday Service: Testimonies (May 17, 2026)
A Divine End To Benjamin’s Five Years Of Pain
Here is his testimony:
For the last five years, Benjamin had been suffering from severe pain in the lower back. The situation had worsened in the last few months, making it difficult for him to sleep.
“I had tried so many medications, including herbal ones,” he told the church on May 17, 2025, “but they didn’t give me any relief.” Benjamin couldn’t do most of his daily activities. “I could barely stand,” he said.
On May 10, he had come to The SCOAN for prayer in the power of the Holy Spirit. “Since that prayer, all of the pain has vanished and I can function normally again,” he testified.
For advice, he told the people: “Call upon the Lord.”
Marital Bliss Restored After Deliverance
Here is her testimony:
On May 10, 2025, during the Prayer Line ministration, Juliet was one of the recipients of prayer. A demon had been getting intimate with her in the spirit realm. When she asked questions about what was happening, her mother spoke about a visit to the witch doctor.
“Apparently my treatment had tied me to foul spirits at the time,” she said. Because of the influence of the demon in her life, Juliet also faced setbacks. “People just disliked me for nothing,” she told the church. She also suffered disappointments in relationships.
“Even when I finally found a husband, the spirit made my marriage very difficult,” she disclosed.
She stated that she had used to quarrel always with her husband. That demon also gave her at least ten miscarriages.
“I even threatened to end the marriage,” she said. Her husband was patient and believing, however, so he supported her with prayer.
To the glory of God, since Juliet encountered the power of deliverance at the Prayer Line, she has returned to being the lovely wife she used to be to Isaac, who confirmed her testimony. “We now play with each other,” he said.
For advice, they told the people: “Trust in God’s power and be patient with each other.”
A Delivery Ordered From Heaven!
Here is their testimony:
Alongside his wife, Ayorinde testified about the miracle of the delivery of his last child. While their first child had come through normal birth, their second had come via a Caesarian Section.
For the third birth, the doctors had suggested surgery but Ayorinde had decided he wanted another case of natural birth. In faith, he called the Emmanuel TV Prayer Line while his wife was in the theatre, preparing for surgery.
“I had gone to buy the surgery items when I called for prayer,” he said. When he returned, he had reached for his Anointing Water and asked a nurse to minister it on his wife. Not long afterwards, Ayorinde heard the cry of his newborn.
Given the strong faith that Ayorinde had expressed, the doctors and other hospital staff asked him about the source of his confidence.
His wife, Ajoke, confirmed the testimony, sharing details of how the anointing had protected her during the pregnancy and the delivery day. “I give God all the glory for what He has done in my life,” she said.
For advice, they told the people: “With God all things are possible.”
Now Transformed For The Glory Of The Lord!
Here is his testimony:
In secondary school Blessed was introduced to a hard drug. When he got to university he started combining that drug with weed. Not unexpectedly, he began to skip classes and keep bad company.
“I couldn’t concentrate on my academic work,” he admitted on May 17, 2026. He also explained that he depended on drugs to function. “I was always aggressive and didn’t take advice from anyone,” he added.
Following prayer in The SCOAN on May 10, however, Blessed is no longer addicted to drug use. “I am calm now and have an improved relationship with my father and other family members,” he explained. He urged other young people to avoid drugs.
Commenting on the situation, Blessed’s father told of how the young man had caused serious problems for the family. However, he also praised God for Blessed’s transformation.
Similarly, his mother recalled her own experiences during the period. “But I am happy he has changed now,” she said, reporting that Blessed’s younger brother John had also received his own deliverance while Blessed was being impacted in the church.
Regarding his deliverance John said, “Something moved in me when my mother showed me the live video of my brother’s deliverance.” John is now free from the stomach pain that used to bother him.
The children’s uncle, Kingsley, narrated how he had managed to bring Blessed to the church. “I saw the work of God on the day Blessed was delivered,” he smiled.
For advice, they told the people: “Have faith in God.”
SCOAN Sunday Service: The Sovereignty Of God
LISTEN TO THE SERMON TITLED: The Sovereignty Of God
“If God be for us, who can be against us?” Evangelist Joseph asked when he got on the altar.
Among the initial Bible references for his “The Sovereignty Of God” sermon were Psalm 75:3, Job 12:10, Nehemiah 9:6, Exodus 3:14, 1 Samuel 2:8, John 8:58, Exodus 13:17-18 and 1 Corinthians 10:1-2. In the message the evangelist took time to highlight God’s attributes, portraying Him rightly as a force that the human mind could never fully fathom.
He described God as an ever-active Fulfiller of promises whose personality is constant and unchanging and who does not need human acknowledgment to be who He is. According to Him, God’s supremacy and sovereignty reflect throughout the Bible.
Evangelist Joseph further described God as being always on time – never too early or too late. As such, he urged the congregation to hold on to God’s promises, never allowing themselves to waver when their prayers seem yet unanswered.
“God has already answered you,” he assured them, “but, just like the children of Israel, He is carrying you through the journey of faith so that you can learn how to trust the process.” To end his message, Evangelist Joseph encouraged the church to assert their trust in the Lord always, speaking His name over all circumstances.
The SCOAN Sunday Service: Prayerline Session (May 17, 2026)
SCOAN Sunday Service: Pastor Evelyn Joshua
When she joined the congregation for the Prayer Line ministration, Pastor Evelyn Joshua proclaimed, “May the peace of God remain with us, in the name of Jesus!”
She prayed: “Father Lord, we bless Your holy name; thank You for who You are. Thank You for Your promises that never change. The God that never fails and never changes – Almighty God – we give You all the praise, all the adoration this morning. We ask You to give us a mind like us – a mind that thinks clearly, calmly and righteously.
Father Lord, fill us with Your Spirit, wisdom, understanding, love and peace. Take away every fear, selfishness, in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, be with us today as we think the thoughts that glorify You. Holy Spirit, come and take Your place and do new things in our lives, in the name of Jesus Christ!”
Pastor Evelyn Joshua shared a brief word of exhortation with the people, encouraging them to move closer to God and do away with all distractions. She charged them to be ready for God when He shows up in their lives. “God will not force Himself on You,” she warned the church.
The SCOAN International Women Of Grace Wellness Programme
Earlier, Pastor Evelyn Joshua had introduced clips from The SCOAN International Women Of Grace Wellness Programme. The three-day event (13-15 May 2026) was an opportunity for members of The SCOAN to check their health status for free. Participants received complimentary drugs and medical advice.
As medical aids were being discarded, people blessed the name of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Evelyn Joshua At The Prayerline
At the Prayer Line, the woman of God ministered to various cases, using the power of the Holy Spirit to break long-term chains and yokes.
Those seeking safe delivery also received an anointed touch that gave them divine assurance of the wonders to come.
Joining the woman of God, The SCOAN Evangelists prayed for ease upon many who had come with various burdens.
Among the cases were high blood pressure, stomach ulcer, poor vision, severe waist pain, swollen belly, difficulty in breathing, and difficulty in walking, all of which were reversed by Heaven.
Other issues were prostate cancer, eye problem, abdominal pain, drug addiction, cough, pancreatic cancer, and mental disorder, which were all wiped off by the precious Blood of Jesus Christ.
During the One-On-One Session the evangelists decreed, “Fire, in the name of Jesus Christ!” Minutes later they declared, “Stand up – you are free, in Jesus’ name!”
SCOAN Sunday Service Mass Prayer (May 17, 2026)
“It is time to use your faith to put a demand on the anointing,” Evangelist James told the congregation when the Mass Prayer Session started.

He charged the people to pray, “Thou Son Of David, have mercy on me. Lord Jesus, by Your divine mercy, any area of my life under the dominion of demons – I release it, in the name of Jesus! Every demon, every unclean spirit attacking my life – Out, by the fire of the Holy Ghost!”
Evangelist Joseph prayed: “All demons, familiar spirits, messengers of satan, hidden spirits, spirits of darkness – anywhere you are, we declare you wanted! Out, by the fire of the Holy Ghost!”
At his turn, Evangelist Chisom tasked the people to pray: “Whatever the enemy has planted in my life, causing me sickness, disease – Out, in the name of Jesus! You sickness in my liver, kidneys, blood, bones – I command you: Out, in the name of Jesus!”
Evangelist Joseph asked the people to declare: “Every garment of hardship placed upon me – anywhere you are: Out, by the fire of the Holy Ghost!”
SCOAN Sunday Service: Pastor Evelyn Joshua
Taking over, Pastor Evelyn Joshua prayed: “Any root of anger, bitterness, resentment that has kept grudges within you – be terminated today, in the name of Jesus Christ! Be released from every shackle of the devil, cage of satan, chain of confusion in the name of Jesus Christ! Every power seeking your downfall – be exposed, in the name of Jesus!”
Pastor Evelyn Joshua further prayed: “Whatever has made your life a limitation – be terminated, in the name of Jesus! Whatever power that is waging war against your life, career – be exposed, in the name of Jesus Christ! Those who are oppressed by satan, we command them to come to light, in the name of Jesus!”
Prophet TB Joshua
In a Mass Prayer video, Prophet TB Joshua decreed: “I order your heart to be freed! I order all pain, all infection to leave your body, in the name of Jesus!” He also charged the people to declare: “I order all infections in my blood, liver, kidneys, bones to leave my body, spirit and mind, in the name of Jesus!”
