On Wednesday, June 5, 2024, the family, friends and well-wishers of Prophet Temitope Balogun Joshua gathered for a night of praise and worship to mark the third anniversary of his transition. Assembled in the main auditorium of The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN), the gathering comprised church members, partners of Emmanuel TV and admirers of The TB Joshua Ministries from across the continents.
The occasion was another chance for the people to express their gratitude to God Almighty for the life of His departed servant who brought thousands to Jesus Christ by his exemplary show of faith, love and charity, among other Christian virtues. To them, Prophet TB Joshua was not just a highly regarded anointed preacher of the Word but also a man full of uncommon levels of compassion who made doing good a habit. Such is the impact of Prophet TB Joshua’s sojourn on the earth that the work of his hands continues to speak for him three years after his departure on June 5, 2021 only minutes after warning the world, “Watch and pray.”
“I am not the Healer, but I know the Healer – Jesus Christ,” the Man In The Synagogue always said to the people as God used him to bring healing, deliverance, breakthrough and salvation to people around the world – some of whom never met him in person but got impacted through his televangelism and faith tools. Indeed, God’s moves were truly mighty in the life of Prophet TB Joshua – with some testimonies of healing and breakthrough going as far back as the start of his ministry.
In this article we present the night of June 5, 2024 in pictures – all for the glory of God!
Opening the night’s events were Isaac Moses and Vimbai, who did a good job of managing transitions between the different segments of The Praise And Worship Night In Honour Of Prophet TB Joshua.
The opening prayer was given by Prophet James and Mrs. Judy James, who came all the way from Botswana. “As we worship you tonight, Father, take all the praise,” they prayed.
Next, Mr. Mmbulaheni Nematandani from South Africa gave the welcome address, taking some time to note the uniqueness of Prophet TB Joshua and his ministry.
To start the night of song and dance, an orchestral group rendered several songs in classical style, among them being “Great Is Thy Faithfulness.”
Afterwards The SCOAN Choir took over, displaying uncommon finesse and class as they sang in classical and popular styles. Among their renditions were compositions by Prophet TB Joshua, such as “Have Mercy On Me”, “Holy Spirit, Breathe In Me”, and “Abba Father”.
Other songs were “We Are Marching In The Light Of God” and “Jesus Christ Is My CEO”.
Members of the choir also gave solo performances and duets. There was a solo in French by Sister Florence entitled “Alpha Omega”.
There was a Spanish duet by Rachael and Michael, who sang “Lo Unico Que Quiero”.
Dance Drama Galore
There were also dramatic performances blended with music and dance.
The SCOAN Youths depicted the life of Prophet TB Joshua in a captivating drama. They also put up a splendid dance performance.
For their part, the I For Christ dance drama group gave a performance on the persecutions faced by Prophet TB Joshua and how he overcame them with faith in God, keeping his focus and staying patient in the name of name-calling and campaigns of calumny.

Vote Of Thanks
For the vote of thanks at The Praise And Worship Night In Honour Of Prophet TB Joshua, Pastor Bernard from South Africa took the floor. Before closing he told the people, “There is something we must now do before leaving – a Mass Prayer video from Prophet TB Joshua.”
A Prayerful Ending In a Mass Prayer video, the voice of Prophet TB Joshua rang out: “Begin to surrender your heart, your spirit to the head of the invisible world.” He told congregants to pray: “Heaven knows I am here. Heaven, take more of me, in Jesus Christ’s name!” The man of God continued: “Any spirit that causes you affliction, setback, disappointment, sickness, disease – say, ‘Heaven knows I am here!’ Every affliction – wherever it is located in your system – Out from your system, from your body, from your organs! Every poison – wherever it is located – I command it out, in the name of Jesus! That poison in your organs, in your system.
