It was not just another service on February 16, 2025 but a special divine appointment. It was a day to remind the people to choose wisely. With the heavens kept open and God’s angels ready to move mightily, congregants started the service with heartfelt worship. “Take More Of Me, O Holy Spirit/And Give Me More Of You,” they sang. Then they announced their submission to God’s will, declaring: “I Surrender To Your Word/I Surrender To Your Will!” And as the church shouted “Abba Father!”, the praise atmosphere reflected spirit saturation, with many shedding tears from soulful singing.
Relying on passages such as 2 Corinthians 13:5, Proverbs 27:17, Jeremiah 29:11, Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, Galatians 6:2 and Judges 16:4-21, Evangelist David shared a sermon entitled “Choose Wisely”. He noted that fulfilling God’s purpose for one’s life is no tea party, as the devil is always lying in ambush. He also observed that failing to examine one’s life in the light of God’s Word could easily lead to failure. According to him, “Your future will be determined by what you cultivate today and every decision you take determines the life you live tomorrow.”
He warned the people against acts that can limit their growth and success, even as he reminded them to self-examine always. Those who move forward, he explained, build friendships and engage in processes that enrich them rather than those that subtract from them. “Some friendships lead you closer to God’s purpose,” he stated, “while others pull you further away.”
Illustrating with Samson’s error, Evangelist David cautioned against retaining friendships that perpetuate one’s weakness instead of those that improve one’s character overall. He asked, “If everyone in your circle has the same weakness, who will correct you?” He therefore ended with this observation: “The friends you.” keep, the habits you build, the words you speak and the decisions you make – these are either building a bridge to your future or burning it down
Highlights From Ghana Prayer Meeting 2025
Pastor Evelyn Joshua read from Isaiah 57:15 and cited Psalm 85:6 and 2 Chronicles 7:14, as she spoke about God’s restoration power at The Ghana Prayer Meeting.
Before the woman of God gave her word of exhortation, Evangelist Precious encouraged the people to prepare their hearts.
On his part, Evangelist Ope charged congregants to pray for a free heart. “The anointing does not tolerate offence or bitterness,” he reminded them.
Before giving her sermon, Pastor Evelyn Joshua prophesied upon the people: “The mercy, the grace that found David despite his weaknesses will find you, in the name of Jesus Christ.”
On the kernel of her message, she said to the people: “There are two kinds of truth— sense-knowledge truth and divine-revelation truth.” She then read from Numbers 13:33 and Numbers 14:6—the passages about the two different reports given by the Jews who had gone to check out the land of Canaan. She asked the people, “Which of these truths are you living in?”
After the sermon, God’s awesome power manifested spectacularly as the Word, dipped in the Spirit, brought healing, deliverance and breakthrough for the salvation of souls.
The power of the living God also manifested mightily during the Mass Prayer session of the service.
The God Of All Time!
At the Prayer Line, the woman of God lifted up her face to Heaven: “Father, Your children have come to seek Your face; reveal Yourself to them, in the name of Jesus. You are the God of grace, the God who heals, the God who delivers. They have come to seek Your face for healing, for deliverance, for grace.
Father, reveal Yourself to them, in the name of Jesus Christ. You are the God of yesterday, today and forever more. You healed in the past and You are still healing today. Father, touch their lives for testimonies today, in the name of Jesus Christ! Thank You, Jesus! Thank You, Lord!”
In faith, many came to cast a steadfast look at the Crucified One – and they never looked in vain!
For them chains of every sort were broken, including chains of addiction, pain, asthma, kidney disease, umbilical hernia, and swollen belly.
At the feet of Jesus Christ did pregnant women bring every matter bothering them. And on their lips did songs of praise break forth!
As Pastor Evelyn Joshua and the evangelists ministered in faith soaked in the anointing, the power of healing also brought relief to cases of difficulty in urinating, enlarged prostate, epilepsy, and heart disease, among others.
Furthermore, the anointing exposed every hidden thing! And the people witnessed God’s power move mightily as the ministers stood on the believer’s authority to cast out the demons behind various issues.
In the One-On-One session, the evangelists relied on Jesus’ assertion in Matthew 28:18—“… ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me’.” Glory be to Jesus Christ!
They Took Back What The Enemy Had Stolen!
“It is time to take back what the enemy has stolen from you,” Evangelist James said to congregants. He added, “Put your trust in God Almighty; make sure your heart does not condemn you.”
He urged the people to declare: “Lord Jesus, come into my life and put an end to where I am coming from and give birth to where I am going. Lord Jesus, by Your divine mercy, every spirit from my past hindering me from God’s promises for my life—Holy Ghost Fire: Out!”
Evangelist Joseph urged the church to pray: “Demons, familiar spirits, unclean spirits—anywhere you are: Out! You messengers of satan, you contrary spirits sent against me by the adversary—anywhere you are: Out!”
Taking his turn, Evangelist Chisom charged the people to pray: “You unclean spirit, anywhere you are, causing me sickness, causing me disease—in the name of Jesus, I command you: Out! You sickness, you disease—anywhere you are in my body, I command you: Out!”
Evangelist Ope asked the people to pray: “You spirit of setback in my business—anywhere you are, hear the voice of God. By the fire of the Holy Ghost: Out!”
Citing Psalm 25:10, Pastor Evelyn Joshua asked the people to pray: “Lord Jesus Christ, let Your mercy, favour, compassion speak for me. Son Of David, I am a sinner in need of Your grace, mercy, faithfulness and love.”
The woman of God decreed: “Every spirit of discontentment, anger, unforgiveness, jealousy, hatred, addiction, lust—we command it to leave, in the name of Jesus! Thou power of healing, deliverance, breakthrough fall afresh on your children!”
She asked the people to continue declaring: “Lord God Almighty, I know Your plans for me—plans of good and not of evil. I know Your plans for me—to take me from a place of abuse to a place of nurture. Father, make my eyes an instrument of revelation!”
Finally, the woman of God prayed: “Every power that oppresses you—be removed today, in the name of Jesus Christ. Every power that is challenging your Sonship in Christ Jesus—we command them out today, in the name of Jesus! Receive your freedom! May the favour, mercy of God continue to locate you—in your health, in your business, in your marriage, in your finances, in the name of Jesus!”
In a Mass Prayer video, Prophet TB Joshua declared: “Whatever spirit that is tormenting you—that nightmare in your career—I rebuke it, in the name of Jesus! I command that spirit to leave you, in the name of Jesus! You evil spirit—loose your grip! Wherever affliction is located in your body—I command it out, in the name of Jesus! Whatever poison you must have taken—be flushed out, in the name of Jesus! Receive God’s favour! Receive God’s mercy—His mercy to your future, to your career! His favour to your business, to your finances, in Jesus’ name!”

“I No Longer Walk Like An Old Woman,” Says Young Woman Healed Of Muscle Spasms
In December 2024, Miracle fell while at work. “I got up feeling pain but I thought nothing of it,” she told the church on February 16, 2025. She got her body massaged, hoping that it would all be over in a matter of days. As the weeks went by, however, Miracle didn’t get better. “My mother then took me to hospital,” she continued, “and the doctor diagnosed me with muscle spasms.” Thereafter, her mother brought her for prayer in The SCOAN. “I got my healing once Pastor Evelyn Joshua prayed for me on February 9,” said the 21-year-old, who demonstrated her healing in several ways. “I no longer walk like an old woman,” she smiled. She urged others to trust in God. Her mother glorified God for the healing, encouraging others to have faith in God.
Marital Bliss For Destiny After Deliverance!
After decades of wilderness experience, Destiny stepped into the bliss of deliverance on February 9, 2025. “I kept facing disappointment from men,” she told the church a week later, during her testimony. She also spoke about her affliction with the demon of anger, which made her lose many jobs and created a rift between her and her husband. “I used to have a dream in which a man slept with me,” she continued. Later, the figure in the dream became a woman, who kept warning Destiny to stay off her man. At one point, she accused her husband of infidelity because of the persistence of that dream. “Many times I would threaten to kill my husband during disagreements,” she disclosed. Yet, it was evil spirits who were stoking the fire of discord in the family. Since receiving a touch of deliverance, however, Destiny has become a loving, cooperative wife. Destiny went on. She advised others to put God first. Her husband thanked God for the change. “I am now enjoying my marriage,” he asserted. He advised other couples to seek God over their issues.
When Deliverance Brings Healing And Transformation!
Caroline, a Zimbabwean resident in Nigeria, was among the recipients of prayer on February 9, 2025. As Pastor Evelyn Joshua ministered, the power of the living God overwhelmed Caroline, expelling the demons in her. The following Sunday, she returned to church for her testimony, starting with the story of her parents’ immersion in idol worship. “They put many things on me that were meant to protect me,” she disclosed, “but I kept falling ill.” In marriage she found no peace and began thinking of divorce. “My Nigerian husband and I were just sticking it out for the children,” she revealed. She was also experiencing constant setbacks in business. At one point, she got so sick that she prepared for her death. “But my mother told me about Emmanuel TV and advised me to pray along with Prophet TB Joshua,” Caroline said. Reluctantly, she prayed along with God’s servant and received a miracle on that occasion. “I felt a shock as I lay my hand on the TV while praying along with Prophet TB Joshua,” she recalled. Since that experience, Caroline had been trying to make her way to The SCOAN. Bed-wetting Vanishes, Academic Excellence Sets In!
Diana had been bed-wetting right from childhood. “The problem made it hard for me to mingle with family and friends,” she said on February 16, 2025. She recalled how she had attended a Living Water Service in The SCOAN in the year 2020, when she turned 19. “At one point, Prophet TB Joshua sat in front of me as I was praying,” Diana recalled, saying that the man of God had got up once she ended her prayer with ‘Amen’. That night, Diana had a confirmatory dream in which she gained victory over certain figures dressed in black. “Since that day I have not experienced bed-wetting,” she asserted. She also testified about her improved performance after the deliverance. “I ended up being retained as a graduate assistant in my university’s department of mathematics,” she told the church. Anointing Brings Breakthrough And Healing!
Betha, a Filipino woman living in Germany, testified about her healing from neck fracture. She had come to The SCOAN for prayer sometime in 2020. “I had returned home with the Anointing Water,” she said. Things started to go well for Betha. “I got a pay rise because my company’s sales improved drastically,” she said. In 2021, however, she was involved in an accident that led to a neck fracture. Doctors had told her that she would require surgery. However, after prayerful ministration of the Anointing Water, Betha was told that she would no longer need surgery. Since then, she has been in fine health – for the glory of God. “God is the only Healer,” she stated.

For quite a while, Ayodele had been suffering from severe knee pain following a motoring accident. “For six months, I was on admission at an orthopaedic hospital,” said the military officer on February 16, 2025. Owing to the situation, he had missed some career-development opportunities. “I decided to take my case to God when I came for prayer on February 9, 2025,” he continued. As the power of God flowed through it during prayer ministration by an evangelist, Ayodele’s limbs vibrated. Now he has been restored to full health. Demonstrating his healing, he ran briskly and did several press-ups. He advised others to take their issues to God Almighty. His wife glorified God for the healing, even as she shared her own testimony of healing from back pain. She had joined her husband at The SCOAN Prayer Mountain for a faith walk later in the week. “Of a truth, there is God!” she declared.

For the last three years, Uti had been eating and getting intimate in the dream. “I would get sick with stomach ache after each dream encounter with demonic spirits,” she recalled after the Mass Prayer session.
