Less than ten hours after participating in The SCOAN Candlelight Service 2022, congregants returned to The Arena Of Liberty for the first Sunday Service of 2023. On a classical note, Brother Kayode of The SCOAN Choir started the worship session with a Jim Reeves song pleading: “Lord, Help Me Believe/What I Can Be/Lord, Help Me Today/Show Me One Day At A Time.”
Next came Esther of The SCOAN Sunday School, who sang in a mellow orchestral style: “Our Father Which Art In Heaven/Hallowed Be Thy Name/Thy Kingdom Come/Thy Will Be Done On Earth/ As It Is In Heaven.” Esther later performed alongside her older sister Sarah: “You Will When You Believe!” Taking over, The SCOAN Choir led the people in waving their hands in worship: “You Are Alpha And Omega/We Worship You, Our Lord/You Are Worthy To Be Praised!”
“See yourself the way God sees you,” said Pastor Evelyn Joshua after recapping her words of exhortation for the SCOAN Candlelight Service. For her short message of the day, the woman of God read from 2 Kings 2:7-17 as she highlighted what it takes to serve God. Among the qualities she identified were loyalty, obedience and consistency. She therefore urged congregants to allow God to redirect their steps and correct all situations that need correction in their lives.
With regard to the story in the proof text, Pastor Evelyn Joshua declared: “The spirit of Elijah – that shall be your portion!” As she got ready to go into the prayer session, she told the people: “The time has come for you to receive your double portion of healing, deliverance and breakthrough!”
Divine Relief For The Ailing And The Captive!
Before proceeding to minister to those on the Prayer Line, Pastor Evelyn Joshua appealed to God Almighty: “Father, let Your healing, deliverance power fall on Your children, in the name of Jesus Christ!”
She then moved on to lay anointed hands on the ailing and the captive. There were those who had issues of difficulty in walking or urinating, ankle dislocation, chronic piles, hernia, sickle cell anaemia, skin disease, mouth injury, epilepsy, drug addiction and swollen belly. There were also women seeking prayer for safe delivery. By the power in the all-conquering name of Jesus Christ, all of the people received divine relief and broke into permanent laughter!
Afterwards, backed by the anointing that is freely available in The Arena of Liberty, evangelists Ope, James, Joseph and Chisom joined the woman of God to minister prayers of healing, deliverance and breakthrough for the ultimate salvation of the people’s souls. No matter how stubborn the demons were, they were overpowered by the Holy Spirit! Thank You, Jesus!
Prayer Rain For All!
Starting the Mass Prayer session, Evangelist James told the church: “The Lord is good all the time – give thanks to Him! Your confession gives you possession. Whatever you say right now, mean it with your heart!”
Having prepared the people’s minds, he told them: “Whatever satan has bound in your life – begin to loose it, in the name of Jesus!” He prayed: “Whatever area of your life is in bondage – be loosed, in the name of Jesus! Let there be light in your life, family!”
Evangelist Ope told congregants to pray: “Every demonic altar standing against my progress – I command you in the name of Jesus: Be broken!”
Evangelist Chisom told congregants to pray: “You sickness, disease, affliction – anywhere you are in my body, my body is not your temple. I command you: Out! Whatever I may have eaten through dreams or from the table of the adversary – you demon causing me sickness: Out!”
Evangelist Joseph told congregants: “Every evil hand hindering your progress, say: Out!” He also told them to declare: “My destiny, career, business – awake!”
Pastor Evelyn Joshua prayed: “You the ransom of the Lord shall return to the Synagogue with song, praise, thanksgiving, in the name of Jesus! Anointing in your career, marriage, business, children, in the name of Jesus Christ!” She also told congregants to pray: “Lord Jesus Christ, remove every worry, burden in my life and replace it with the oil of gladness, in the name of Jesus Christ!”
Over the lives of viewers all over the world Pastor Evelyn Joshua declared: “Deliverance to your life, home! Songs of hope. Healing to your life, body!”
In a Mass Prayer clip, Prophet TB Joshua proclaimed: “I release you, in the name of Jesus! I release you from the pain of the past, in the name of Jesus! You are delivered, in the name of Jesus! That spirit behind your situation has been removed!” He also told the people: “Every hidden sickness, disease in your blood, fluid, kidney, liver, bone – order it out! Bless your business, career!”

Healed Of Severe Fire Burn After Anointing Water Ministration
On November 22, 2022, Biobele got news that his son Kenneth had been involved in a fire incident when the inflammable contents of a container emptied on him. Immediately, he dashed to the scene and put his faith to work by ministering the New Anointing Water on the burns, especially the boy’s right hand. To the glory of God, the injuries from the burns dried up within two weeks. One of Biobele’s sons spoke on how the incident had occurred and how he had put it out before calling on their father. Speaking, Kenneth demonstrated how he no longer feels any pain whatsoever. Biobele advised people to monitor their children properly.
Speedy Recovery After Anointed Touch In The Name Of Jesus Christ
Ufuoma from Delta State testified about her healing from the effects of surgery that had been expected to last at least a year. On December 31, 2021, she had experienced dislocation on both sides of her body while yawning. She felt pain all over her body and was unable to open her mouth and do many other things. After surgery, Ufuoma had decided to activate her faith so that she could recover her health quickly enough. In faith, she visited The SCOAN for prayer as Pastor Evelyn Joshua ministered. “Two weeks later I was fully recovered,” she said during her testimony on January 1, 2023. “Look at me now!” she exclaimed in excitement as she demonstrated all that she had been unable to do before. She advised people to place their faith in God.
Saved By God’s Power In Anointing Sticker!
Maelo from Zambia testified about how she and her daughter had been saved from instant death during a motoring accident in which an oncoming vehicle had veered off at high speed into their own lane. On impact, Maelo’s car’s airbag had exploded and her vehicle had fallen into a ditch. To the glory of God, although Maelo had been unable to adopt defensive driving in that instance, the power of God Almighty in the New Anointing Sticker had saved her and her daughter as their vehicle managed to be impacted only on the right front wheel. With little or no injury, Maelo and her 18-year-old daughter – who had been on their way to church – were able to testify about the saving power of Jesus Christ. She advised people to stop doubting God’s power.
After Deliverance, Stella’s Demonic Lifelong Skin Infection Vanishes!
On July 3, 2022, Stella from Edo State was in church for prayer over her issue of a recurrent skin infection. Tried as her mother did, she could not find a solution to Stella’s problem, which used to happen anytime Stella dreamt of an old man bearing a calabash from which she would eat. The problem used to be so embarrassing that Stella always covered up her body. After prayer in July, she had returned home and her sores had dried up completely. On January 1, 2023, she returned to The Arena Of Liberty to testify about how God has given her victory over the enemy. She advised people to seek only God’s help whenever in crisis. “Glory be to God for my deliverance,” she exclaimed.
Pray-Along Anointing Frees Man From 19 Years Of Bed-wetting!
Twenty-four-year-old Silas from Imo State testified about his deliverance from the spirit of bed-wetting, which had brought shame to his life for 19 years. “Every day I would wet the bed,” he said during his testimony on January 1, 2023. On being introduced to the prayers of Prophet TB Joshua a few years ago, however, Silas began to follow the man of God’s prayers. One day, the Spirit of God impacted him as he prayed along with God’s servant. Since then, Silas has kept clean sheets – to the glory of God Almighty.
