The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Choir

On Sunday, October 25, 2026, The Synagogue, Church of All Nations (SCOAN) welcomed worshippers to another glorious Sunday Service, with believers around the world joining through Emmanuel TV to seek the face of God.

It was a day of heartfelt worship, inspiring testimonies, the teaching of God’s Word, and prayers for healing and deliverance, as the congregation gathered in faith and expectation at the Arena of Liberty.

As the worship session began with shouts of “Hallelujah!”, the congregation was encouraged to engage in meditation and invite the Holy Spirit to take control of their worship. Worshippers were reminded that worshipping God in spirit meant connecting with Him from the deepest parts of their being.

The SCOAN Choir

The SCOAN Choir led the congregation into an atmosphere of worship and praise, beginning with “Every Knee Shall Bow/Every Tongue Confess/That Jesus Christ Is Lord!” The song reminded worshippers of the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the biblical assurance of God’s sovereignty.

The choir also sang “Imole De O/Okunkun Parada!”, celebrating the triumph of light over darkness. The congregation was encouraged to continue worshipping as they reflected on the assurance that when God’s light shines in their lives, darkness has to give way.

Through the songs, worshippers expressed their faith in Jesus Christ and their desire to remain connected to Him.

The SCOAN Sunday Service: Testimonies (October 25, 2026)

“JESUS IS HERE!” JENNIFER DECLARES AFTER DELIVERANCE FROM BONDAGE.

Here is her testimony:

For many minutes during the deliverance session of October 18, 2025, the demon manifesting in Jennifer confessed to its activities in her life.

It said that it had silenced her voice because she had refused to become a “queen mother”. It also declared that it was determined to ensure that she amounted to nothing.

However, as the fire of the Holy Ghost was ministered in prayer, the demon became increasingly uncomfortable before it was subdued. Jennifer was eventually declared free, in the name of Jesus.

Deliverance From Spiritual Bondage

When she returned to testify on October 25, she explained that she had come from an idol-worshipping family where she was expected to take over from her father as the devotee of the idol. “I used to dream about snakes,” she recalled.

She also said she had sometimes seen snakes physically. When she told her family about these experiences, they thought she might be pregnant, based on a belief held in their culture.

Jennifer also recounted an unusual experience in which her body and bed had mysteriously become wet.

Financially, she had struggled despite spending money on what she described as “special prayers” intended to improve her fortunes. “I even travelled out of the country in search of greener pastures, but it was all the same,” she said.

Her relationships had also repeatedly failed, partly because she would lose interest whenever a serious relationship appeared to be leading towards marriage. “I would just get tired of any serious relationship that looked like it was leading to marriage,” she disclosed.

In one instance, she had decided to settle down with a particular man but eventually ended the relationship when both their finances stagnated mysteriously.

Freedom At Last

Jennifer said her situation changed after she received prayer on October 18 and testified that since her deliverance, she no longer experiences nightmares and now has peace.

Her brother, Bishop, also confirmed the testimony, explaining that he had suffered under the affliction of a family idol. He had received prayer on October 18 as well. “My headache disappeared after I received prayer.”

They advised the people: “Seek God’s help. Jesus is the Answer; run to Him now.”

AT LAST, JOYCE STEPS INTO THE LIGHT OF FREEDOM!

Here is her testimony:

“Thank You, Jesus!” were the words Joyce exclaimed after she got back on her feet on October 18, 2026, following a deliverance prayer by an evangelist at The SCOAN.

Testifying on October 25, Joyce explained that her mother had maintained an altar at home where sacrificial items were offered. She had lost her father when she was 13. “My siblings and I were offered scholarships after our father’s death, but we lost the scholarship before we had even taken it up,” she said.

Joyce and her siblings were subsequently sent to live with different relatives. She recalled that they had initially stayed together with one family but were sent away after a daughter in that household died during their first week there.

In an effort to survive, Joyce entered into an early marriage, which ended after she had three children. “It was a bad marriage that packed up after three children,” she said.

She later married again, hoping for a better experience, but described the second marriage as even worse, explaining that it had almost led her to jail.

One Phone Call Breakthrough

Despite being an employer of labour, Joyce struggled financially and often lived from hand to mouth while still trying to pay her staff. She explained that she frequently gave contracts to competitors because she had difficulty executing them successfully herself.

“One day, I decided I would handle a contract myself, so I put in my bid and called the Emmanuel TV Prayer Line,” she said. Within an hour, she was notified that the contract had been awarded to her. She subsequently contacted the Prayer Line to share her testimony.

Determined to break free from the idols of her father’s house, Joyce came to The SCOAN for prayer and deliverance.

She later experienced dreams that confirmed the change she had undergone. “The shadow following me was removed by a mighty hand in the dream,” she recalled, adding, “Now I feel light and trouble-free.”

She advised the people: “Embrace God.”

AFTER 10 YEARS, GLADYS LEAVES WILDERNESS OF UNEMPLOYMENT!

Here is her testimony:

On March 9, 2025, Gladys was among those who received prayer during a SCOAN Sunday Service. When she testified on October 25, 2026, she began by saying, “I am here today because God has blessed me.”

A pharmacy graduate, Gladys had struggled with unemployment from 2015 to 2025. “I went to various places for prayer but received no solution,” she told the congregation.

As a mother of several children, she had become frustrated because she could not contribute to her husband’s income.

“I was even told my certificate was empty in the spiritual realm,” Gladys recalled. When she discussed her situation with her brother, he directed her to The SCOAN in Lagos, explaining that he had experienced a breakthrough after receiving prayer there.

Ten Years Of Waiting Finally End

Gladys followed his advice and came for prayer. She subsequently received an interview invitation, but when she arrived at the company, her name could not be found.

She told her brother what had happened, and he encouraged her to contact the Prayer Line again. “I did and was told breakthrough was coming,” she said.

About a month later, Gladys received an appointment with a larger company, although it did not come with a posting or resumption date.

Her brother continued to encourage her, assuring her that the best was yet to come. Another appointment eventually came from an even bigger organisation, and this time she secured the job.

“Even my husband had been experiencing a better fortune,” she testified with a smile.

She advised the people: “When the time is right, systems and structures must obey God’s voice.”

GOODNESS FINDS THE GOODNESS OF DELIVERANCE

Here is her testimony:

Goodness grew up in an idol-worshipping family where masquerades were celebrated with various sacrifices. As she grew older, she began noticing strange patterns in her life and frequently dreamt of swimming in a river.

By the age of 18, she had developed a strong desire for alcohol, which eventually became an uncontrollable addiction. Her craving became so severe that she sold her husband’s properties to obtain money to buy alcohol.

Beyond her struggle with alcohol, Goodness also battled a terrible temper. Whenever she quarrelled with her husband, she sometimes picked up a knife and attempted to stab him.

On one occasion, a fight with a neighbour escalated to the point where the police became involved. Her behaviour eventually led to her eviction from the house, and her children were also affected by her frequent outbursts of anger.

An Encounter With The Power Of God

On Sunday, October 18, 2026, Goodness came to The SCOAN seeking deliverance after repeated pleas from a neighbour. At the Prayer Line, an evangelist prayed for her and commanded the fire of the Holy Spirit to come upon her.

During the ministration, the demon manifesting in her declared, “I have destroyed her marriage!” It also said, “I have also afflicted her with the spirit of anger.”

The evil spirit was commanded to leave in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and Goodness was declared free. She later testified that her craving for alcohol and her uncontrollable temper had disappeared.

A New Change In Christ Jesus!

Testifying on Sunday, October 25, 2026, Goodness described the changes she had experienced since her deliverance. She said she no longer struggled with anger and was now living peacefully with her husband.

Her husband also expressed gratitude to God for her deliverance, recounting the difficulties he had endured throughout their marriage.

He encouraged husbands to pray for their erring wives rather than reject them.

For Goodness and her family, the testimony marked a new chapter of peace and a fresh beginning in their home.

She advised the people: “Run to God.”

The SCOAN Sunday Service: Testimonies (October 25, 2026)

RAGE OF A FAMILY IDOL TAMED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

Here is their testimony:

Princess grew up in an idol-worshipping family. Her grandparents had entered into a covenant with an idol, and she later began experiencing disturbing patterns in her life.

She frequently had nightmares in which important appointments were cancelled. On her wedding day, she had a fight with her husband. She also experienced troubling dreams in which a strange man had intimate relations with her.

Her marriage became increasingly turbulent, as her husband’s presence often irritated her. Their relationship deteriorated to the point where she eventually had to leave their home.

Unable to understand what was happening, Princess confided in her mother, who advised her to seek deliverance at The SCOAN.

A New Chapter Of Freedom And Peace

At The SCOAN, Princess received prayer from an evangelist at the Prayer Line. She later testified that the negative behaviours that had troubled her have ceased following her deliverance.

Her sister, Patricia, also shared her testimony of deliverance from the spirit of anger, which she attributed to a family idol.

She explained that she had struggled with alcohol addiction and career setbacks. Following her deliverance, however, she began experiencing positive changes. She no longer craves alcohol, and the anger that had troubled her has subsided.

For both sisters, the testimonies marked a new chapter of hope, transformation and renewed faith in God.

She advised the people: “Seek God.”

DELIVERED FROM THE SCOURGE OF DRUG ADDICTION

Here is his testimony:

Rotimi had struggled with drug addiction since 2014, when he developed a desire for illicit drugs such as crack cocaine and laughing gas.

Although he had been born into a godly family, he said negative peer influence at school had led him away from the values with which he was raised.

His addiction became so severe that he was rusticated from two different schools. He was taken to a rehabilitation centre, but his condition did not improve. His family eventually decided to seek divine intervention at The SCOAN.

At the Prayer Line, an evangelist prayed for Rotimi in the mighty name of Jesus. During the ministration, the evangelist commanded the fire of heaven against the evil spirit behind his addiction.

Rotimi later testified that his life has changed following the encounter. “After my deliverance, the urge to smoke is all gone,” he declared.

He advised the people: “Stay away from drugs, there is no gain in taking them.”

SCOAN Sunday Service: Seek the Truth

LISTEN TO THE SERMON TITLED: Seek The Truth

Taking his place at the altar, Evangelist David greeted the congregation with the words, “Good morning and win today.” He then introduced his sermon, titled “Seek the Truth,” drawing his proof texts from Jonah 1:1–3, Jonah 1:17, Jonah 2:1, Jonah 2:10, Jonah 3:1–6, Jonah 3:10 and John 1:43–49.

Evangelist David began by explaining that Christians must understand that not everything they hear is true. Even when an information appears credible, he said, it has to be examined in the light of God’s Word before anyone can act on it. In a generation where appearances can deceive, rumor’s can destroy and emotions can mislead, he urged believers to examine every word and action against the truth of God’s Word.

SCOAN Sunday Service: Seek the Truth

“One of the greatest causes of broken relationships, missed opportunities, division, hatred and regret is acting on information that has not been examined in the light of God’s Word,” he said. He observed that a lie can be repeated so many times that people begin to accept it as truth. False stories can also travel around the world before the truth emerges, while appearances can deceive and almost anything can be faked.

He stressed that truth remains constant in a changing world. “In a world where everything changes, the Truth stands,” he said, urging believers to test what they hear and examine their own hearts rather than allowing appearances or false reports to determine their beliefs and actions.

Don’t Let What You Hear Determine What You Believe

Using the account of Jonah, Evangelist David explained that God had given the prophet an assignment to go to Nineveh. Jonah had never personally visited the city, and much of what he knew about it came from reports. Nineveh had a reputation for wickedness, violence, cruelty and rebellion. Based on what he had heard, Jonah formed conclusions and became discouraged.

However, when Jonah eventually obeyed God, the people he had expected to reject the message repented. The whole city responded, from the king to the lowest servant. Evangelist David used the account to illustrate how a change in perspective could lead to a different outcome. He explained that many relationships can be restored if people changed their perspectives, while many opportunities can be recovered if they stopped believing every report they heard.

The evangelist challenged the congregation to reconsider how they judge others. He gave the example of a woman who had experienced several relationships and was labelled immoral, unstable or unworthy by people who discussed her private life without examining their own conduct.

He warned believers against condemning people simply because others had condemned them, accepting a claim merely because it came from someone they liked, or calling something wrong because they disliked the person involved. Instead, he urged them to examine everything in the light of God’s Word, which he described as a lamp to their feet and a light to their path.

Let God’s Word Guide Your Actions

Evangelist David described the willingness to condemn people without knowing the truth as one of the greatest injustices of the time. He observed that people who had never met the individuals involved often passed judgement as though they had witnessed events themselves.

He then challenged the congregation to consider the effect of their own conduct and words. “Are you building people through love, encouragement, truth and support? Or are you destroying them through gossip, humiliation, false accusations, bitterness, and careless speech?” he asked. He reminded them that words can cause serious damage even when no physical attack has taken place.

Concluding his message, Evangelist David said the world needs Christians whose conduct reflects the Christ they profess, rather than people who merely claim to be Christians. He explained that when God’s Word dominates a person’s life, it also influences their actions and decisions. He therefore encouraged believers to allow God’s Word to guide them away from darkness and confusion.

SCOAN Sunday Service Mass Prayer (October 25, 2026)

Pastor Evelyn Joshua

SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Evangelists

The Mass Prayer session began with Evangelist Ope urging the congregation to thank God for His goodness, favour, protection and provision. He then encouraged the people to ask for God’s mercy, declaring that whenever His mercy speaks, disadvantage becomes advantage.

Evangelist Ope prayed, “Thou Son of David, by your divine mercy, every filthy garment on me, remove it Oh Lord!“That garment that hinders Your blessings, prosperity and favour in my life, remove it, O Lord! Whatever garment obstructs Your vision for my life, remove it, O Lord! Every garment of shame, disgrace, frustration and unrighteousness, remove it, O Lord!”

Evangelist Joseph prayed against demons, familiar spirits and forces holding people back, saying, “All demons, familiar spirits, messengers of satan holding me down, anywhere you are, Holy Ghost fire! I command you – Out!”

Evangelist James followed with prayers against sickness and disease, including afflictions that people had encountered through dreams. He prayed, “Whatever I might have eaten from the table of the enemy, through dream, causing me sickness, disease – Out, in the name of Jesus! You sickness, disease, whatever name they call you, I command you – Out! That sickness, disease in your blood, bone, I command it – Out, in the name of Jesus!”

Evangelist Chisom prayed against spiritual forces associated with disappointment, limitation and frustration. He declared, “That spirit standing against your blessing, evil spirit, familiar spirit, I command you, in the name of Jesus – Out! That spirit of disappointment, limitation, frustration, command them – Out, in the name of Jesus!”

SCOAN Sunday Service: Pastor Evelyn Joshua

Pastor Evelyn Joshua subsequently led prayers for worshippers and viewers, encouraging them to continue making their requests known to God. She prayed, “Continue to make your requests known to God. The grace of God has found you. Wherever you are connecting with us from, continue to pray, in the name of Jesus, by the Blood of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Ghost! I speak to your heart this moment.

You will enter into God’s presence with thanksgiving, praise, in the name of Jesus. Every anguish, jealousy, frustration, burden, disappointment will be taken away and replaced with unending joy, in the name of Jesus! Joy in your family, career, business, in the name of Jesus. You will testify of God’s goodness. You will be blessed when you go out and when you come in, in the name of Jesus!”

SCOAN Sunday Service: Prophet TB Joshua

In a Mass Prayer video, Prophet T.B. Joshua also prayed for people experiencing affliction, sickness, hardship and other difficulties.

He declared, “Whatever you might have eaten in the dream on the table of your enemy, I command them out! Receive freedom! Anywhere there is hidden sickness, affliction in your blood, kidneys, lungs, fluids, I command them out, in the name of Jesus! Leave my people!

Every soul under the bondage of satan, I command you, in the name of Jesus, receive freedom, breakthrough, in the name of Jesus! Release yourself from the spirit of ancestry and generational curses, familiar spirits, in the name of Jesus! Receive breakthrough that will make you forget the pain of the past – bitterness, setback, sickness, disease, hardship. Forget everything that is painful; everything that causes you depression!”

SCOAN Sunday Service: The Grace

The service concluded with the congregation sharing the Grace and receiving the closing blessing. As the worshippers departed, they were encouraged by Pastor Evelyn Joshua to remain steadfast in faith and trust in God’s mercy. The service ended with the declaration: “God’s blessings shall remain permanent in our lives, in the mighty name of Jesus!”
