It was the last day of May 2026 – a rather cool Sunday morning in Lagos, Nigeria. Inside The SCOAN Auditorium, however, there was a palpable warmth from God’s presence, which delighted the multitude that had assembled from across the continents.
They were there to give thanks to the Lord for His enduring mercies and to ask for His continued grace and protection. After opening the day with prayer, they proceeded to the worship session, moving from song to song as they pleased the Heavenly Host with melodious tunes.
“O My Soul, Worship His Holy Name!” they sang. The more they raised their voices to Heaven, putting away every distraction, the more they felt the refreshing presence of the Holy Spirit.
They asserted, “Your Presence Is Heaven To Me!” Proclaiming that victory belongs to Jesus Christ, they asked that He rain His power of healing, blessings and breakthrough upon them. And the Lord manifested Himself mightily in their midst!
The SCOAN Sunday Service: Testimonies (May 31, 2026)
DIVINE RESCUE FROM RHEUMATISM
During the deliverance session of the service of May 24, 2026, Kemi was one of the recipients of prayer.
Here is her testimony:
For the last two years, I had been experiencing severe rheumatism that hampered my daily activities. “I went to the hospital and received different drugs,” she said at the start of my testimony on May 31.”
Despite all the medications, however, my situation failed to improve. Then my son advised me to come to The SCOAN for prayer.
In faith, I came for prayer, and the power of God restored my health.
She advised the people: “Take Your case to God.”
DELIVERANCE BRINGS HEALING AND MARITAL PEACE
Forty-year-old Mazieth from Benin Republic was in The SCOAN on May 24, 2026. Born into an idol-worshipping family, she had faced many upheavals while growing up.
Here is her testimony:
“I used to dream about snakes, and a spirit husband used to appear and bother me,” She began on May 31.
Due to my poverty-stricken background, I married quite early in hopes of escaping suffering.
But I caused many problems for my husband and along the line I lost three children within seven months.
I also had several health issues, including hypertension. My business faced constant losses as well.
A few years ago, after the loss of my children, I visited The SCOAN for prayer.
That time, the Holy Spirit spoke about my situation through Prophet TB Joshua, causing the spirit of death to depart from my family.
On May 24, after receiving the prayer of deliverance, I stepped into a new state of health.
Now I sleep peacefully and feel good inside. I also confirmed that peace and love have returned to my home.
Speaking with unmissable excitement, her husband, Raymond, affirmed the change and glorified God for the blessings of peace in our home and improved fortune at work.
She advised the people: “With God all things are possible and in Jesus Christ’s power remains the same always”
EBERE FREED FROM THREE DECADES OF ANKLE PAIN
Here is her testimony:
Thirty years ago, Ebere had twisted an ankle. She took numerous medications but the pain remained.
“I also received physiotherapy,” she said, “but I only got temporary relief from it.”
Having endured this pain for three decades, Ebere had come in faith to The SCOAN on April 26, 2026.
“Pastor Evelyn Joshua prayed for me and the pain vanished,” she confirmed, exercising the ankle for all to see.
She advised the people: “Put your trust in God”.
MIRACLE BABIES FOR SANDRA AND CEDRIC!
On March 23, 2025, Sandra received prayer in The SCOAN and vomited the poisonous substances in her system. “Long before then, I used to see blood clots during my periods,” she said on May 31, 2026.
Here is Their testimony:
After praying along on Emmanuel TV, before her visit to The SCOAN in March 2025, Sandra had vomited evil deposits from her system and had gone on to have a baby girl.
After the visit to The SCOAN in March 2025, Sandra fell pregnant. She recalled, “Pastor Evelyn Joshua had congratulated me after praying for me.”
Despite earlier threats to the pregnancy, Sandra held firmly to the believer’s authority, and the Lord brought her miracle pregnancy to full security.
“I went on to have my baby boy without any issues,” she grinned, glorifying the name of the Lord. Doctors diagnosed Cedric, the husband, with watery sperm, and he entered marriage without expecting to become a father.
The Germany-based couple advised the people: “Trust in God’s power.”
SCOAN Sunday Service: What Season Are You In?
LISTEN TO THE SERMON TITLED: What Season Are You In?
Entitled “What Season Are You In?”, Evangelist Shina delivered a message anchored on Ecclesiastes 3:1–11, Galatians 6:9, Psalm 1:3, and Genesis 8:22.
His aim was to remind believers about the need to stay God-focused at all times, whatever the season of life. According to him, everyone goes through different seasons at different times.
For most Christians, he observed, good seasons do not pose a problem but bad seasons tend to make them doubt their standing with God.
The preacher urged the people to be “season-sensitive” and encouraged them to remain stable even when life does not go according to plan.
He said such seasons have a significant purpose, and that believers should seek God’s face while patiently waiting to learn the lessons they carry.
According to him, God has ordained and designed these seasons to mould people into who and what He intends them to be.
Continuing, he noted that the believer must work with God’s timing, for nothing divine occurs by chance or error. He therefore charged the church to respond to adverse seasons only in the way that God would approve: patiently, positively and prayerfully.
“Be Season-Sensitive,” Evangelist Shina Counsels
In Evangelist Shina’s words, “Whichever season you are in, it is to advance your cause and to promote your fruitfulness.” Thus, the expectation is that believers will produce positive fruit—expressing love, resisting evil, and living in the light of God (Galatians 5:22–25).
Alongside the case of Daniel in Daniel 6, he cited the example of Joseph in the Book of Genesis, who went through several seasons of pain and deprivation before making it to a position of power and authority in a foreign land.
According to the evangelist, “God sometimes uses disappointment to achieve His purpose in our lives.” He concluded by urging the people to let their difficult season transform – rather than frustrate – them.
SCOAN Sunday Service: Pastor Evelyn Joshua
The woman of God thereafter quoted Scripture from 2 Peter 1:21 in what she called “God’s Book” as she encouraged the people to embrace their Bible, calling it “the world’s most amazing book, an all-time bestseller.”
“Holy men were carried along, lifted, endowed and inspired by the help of the Holy Spirit as they spoke the Word that came from God,” she said. She charged them to see the Bible as food for the soul. “If you read it, believe it; and if you read it, live it,” she said to the church
The SCOAN Sunday Service: Prayerline Session (May 31, 2026)
On joining the church for the Prayer Line Session, Pastor Evelyn Joshua raised a song of worship and tasked the congregation to stay committed to the faith while celebrating God for theirs and the testimonies of others.
She prayed: “Father, we thank You for Your grace. Thank You for wiping away our tears and healing our wounds. Our prayers and praise – turn them to words of testimonies in our lives, in the mighty name of Jesus!”
Pastor Evelyn Joshua At The Prayerline
Under the leading of the Holy Spirit, the woman of God proceeded to minister prayers of healing, deliverance and restoration upon the people.
As the stream of Living Water flowed through The Prayer Line, it restored vitality into every dead thing in the people’s lives, washing away every burden, yoke and affliction.
The woman of God commanded infirmities to vanish, among which were difficulty in walking, swollen belly, swollen hand, heart palpitations, leg ulcers and sickle cell anaemia. Surely, no case was too bad for the anointing!
Pastor Evelyn Joshua also prayed for those seeking safe delivery, covering them and their developing offspring with the precious Blood Of Jesus Christ.
The SCOAN Evangelists
Alongside the woman of God, The SCOAN Evangelists ministered in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, rattling and expelling all foul spirits that had been bothering the people.
With the expulsion went issues such as stroke, severe body pain, gallstones, drug addiction, poor vision, and diabetes, among others.
Concluding each session of deliverance was the declaration, “You are free, in Jesus’ name!”
During The Laying Of Hands Session, the Holy Spirit further exposed the roots of issues in the lives of hundreds in the congregation as principalities and powers were put in their place with utterances of fire.
Indeed, no demon was too strong for the anointing that heals, saves, delivers and blesses!
SCOAN Sunday Service Mass Prayer (May 31, 2026)
“The joy of the Lord will never depart from your home, in the name of Jesus Christ,” Pastor Evelyn Joshua said at the start of the Mass Prayer Session. “We will pray and receive in the name of Jesus Christ,” she added.
Pastor Evelyn Joshua asked the people to pray: “Satan, I call you by your name. You have no right over my life, business, career, ministry, children, generation. I command you right now to get out of my life, in the name of Jesus! I command you to loose your grip over my life, home, finances, in the name of Jesus!”
The woman of God further prayed: “Any power holding you down in bondage – we command it to be broken, to leave, in the name of Jesus! Everything that is threatening your destiny – we command it out, in the name of Jesus! Be healed!, freed! and Be delivered! In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray!”
For viewers all over the world Pastor Evelyn Joshua also prayed: “Receive anointing, in the name of Jesus – anointing to break every yoke of stagnation, failure, delay! Every power frustrating your efforts – be broken, in the name of Jesus! Be delivered from every power of error, in the name of Jesus!”
SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Evangelists
Evangelist Chisom prayed for the church: “All spirits operating in your life – unclean spirits, ancestral spirits – Out, in the name of Jesus!” He also asked them to pray: “You demon tormenting my life, causing me nightmares, disappointment – I command you by the authority in the name of Jesus: Out!”
“You spirit, I call you by your name. You spirit of calamity waiting for me – anywhere you are: Out, by the fire of the Holy Ghost!” Evangelist Ope asked the people to declare.
Evangelist James told the people to decree: “You spirit of affliction over my life, family, hear the voice of the Lord: Loose your grip! You sickness, disease in my body – I command you in the name of Jesus: Out!”
At his turn, Evangelist Joseph charged the people to pray: “All spirits hindering your progress – in the mighty name of Jesus: Out, by the fire of the Holy Ghost! You spirit of backwardness, limitation – anywhere you are: Out!”
Prophet TB Joshua
In a Mass Prayer video, Prophet TB Joshua declared: “Every sickness, every infirmity in your system – I command it out, in the name of Jesus!
That fibroid, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, liver problem – Out, in the name of Jesus! Whatever medium satan must have used to connect you to himself – break, in the name of Jesus!
Be released, in the name of Jesus! That career, that business – be released, in the name of Jesus! The way out for you has come!”
SCOAN Sunday Service: The Grace
As the service drew to a close, thanksgiving filled the atmosphere. Pastor Evelyn Joshua blessed the congregation “And we shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever and ever. Amen.” and the people departed strengthened in faith.
