The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Choir
On the lips of congregants throughout the service of November 16, 2025 was the refrain “God is good”. No, this was not in reference to only their personal lives but also to happenings in the house of God.
With The SCOAN Thanksgiving Service, as well as The SCOAN Special Deliverance Service, coming up in about three weeks, The Arena Of Liberty was, quite joyfully, wearing a new look.
As a new ‘sound’ boomed through fresh speakers and amplifiers and the auditorium glittered with colourful new furniture, the people understood the task at hand: no excuse for not turning up to praise the Lord for His endless goodness.
After moments of grateful prayer, when they thanked the Lord for not giving them the judgement they truly deserve, the congregation declared: “Take Glory, Father!” Soon, they got immersed into the spirit of worship as they asked the Holy Spirit to pray through them.
And in answer to their prayer, the Lord manifested His power and might, causing deep manifestations within the people. Overwhelmed, God’s people demanded: “Leave Me At The Altar With My Father!”

Blessing Delivered, Healed And Blessed For God’s Glory!
“I used to have dreams in which people worshipped me, even though I was poor in real life,” said Blessing at the start of her testimony on November 16, 2025.
Obviously, the idols of my father’s house had been getting in my way. I kept rejecting men. When I finally got married, I turned out to be a terror to my children.
I was always beating them up at the flimsiest excuse. I was also always in bodily discomfort, with doctors not being able to identify the problem.
Luckily for me, however, I used to view Emmanuel TV, my husband’s favorite channel. Eventually, I had a dream in which an image of Prophet TB Joshua prayed for me. When I woke up, all the pain was gone.
Since receiving a touch of deliverance on November 9, I have ceased needing medications and all bad dreams have vanished from my subconscious and conscious life.
Now I don’t maltreat my children anymore. Her daughter confirmed the change and urged others to rely on God.
Keep your faith in God.
Spectacular Deliverance And Healing For Favour!
When a touch of mercy landed on me on November 2, 2025, the young woman instantly felt divine power rush through her.
I had been having a recurrent headache and back pain since I was 12 years old. Following an incident in my father’s village then, I had a dream in which I saw three old women making incantations. I didn’t tell anyone about it.
Later, I started to see a green snake around the village home. My grandmother told me I wasn’t permitted to kill it that when I grow older, she’ll tell me about that snake.
In later years, now based in Lagos, I began to experience many unfortunate events. I couldn’t land any job despite successful interviews. I was also constantly ill; one time I landed in hospital after falling unconscious.
In my relationships, I also had a hard time. “I ended up having a baby out of wedlock and my child’s father suddenly abandoned me despite initial interest. At this time, a spiritualist told me that I was under the influence of my family idol.
Along the line, I started living with a friend. She gave me waist beads and a leg chain, and I started feeling pains all over my waist and leg.
I became suspicious about the gifts, especially after having a dream in which I saw myself and my friend in the water world.
Around this time, my father invited me to The SCOAN Sunday Service. I went back inside the church just before the deliverance session started, and the evangelist tapped on the source of my pain and my back pain vanished.
Two days later, however, sharp pain seared through the right side of my belly. Doctors said it was appendicitis.
An in-law assured me, “God will handle the matter.” On November 9, I returned to The SCOAN. Pastor Evelyn Joshua prayed for me and ministered the Anointing Water on me.
I returned to the hospital and the doctor could no longer see any sign of appendicitis in my body. Her father said, “All I can say is, ‘Thank You, Jesus!’”
Have faith in God.
Anointing Liberates Father And Son From Drug And Smoking Addiction!
Franklin had got into drug abuse through peer pressure in secondary school. “They pressurised me so much until I succumbed,” he said at the start of his testimony on November 16, 2025.
From that time onwards, Franklin had started to misbehave at home and at school. I couldn’t focus on my books and all I had in my head was drugs. At some point, he moved out of the home, causing my parents anguish.
For some reason, I decided to return home. My father told me that he himself had been delivered from smoking addiction, so he wanted me to come to The SCOAN, too.
After receiving a touch of healing and deliverance on November 9, which broke the addiction, I instantly felt light as all pain disappeared from my body.
His father confirmed the change but also shared his own testimony of deliverance from hemp-smoking addiction during a SCOAN Living Water Service.
For 47 years I was a hemp smoker, but it all ended that day after I vomited all the impurities in my system.

Finally, Gladys Meets Christ The Saviour!
When her deliverance was done, Gladys looked surprised on realising she had been under the anointing. “I came from an idol-worshipping family,” she started her testimony on November 16, 2025.
My mother had had to start serving the family deity following repeated demands by it. Despite this choice, however, my mother’s life never got better; in fact, she remained ill all the time.
They were threatening to kill my mother and I told my family I was no longer providing money for propitiating the deity. The idol had also made me unwilling to marry.
Last year, however, I found a husband after I petitioned God for help. The idol also afflicted me with the spirits of anger and backwardness. There was no joy in my marriage.
To the glory of God, I am now at peace with myself and my husband.
There is time for everything and stay close to God.
“A Huge Burden Has Been Lifted Off Me!” Mariam Declared
For many dramatic minutes the demon in Mariam insisted on not quitting. In the end, however, it succumbed to the name that is above all names: Jesus Christ. That was on November 9, 2025. The following week, Mariam returned for her testimony.
I used to see a spirit husband that made love to me, raising scores of children by me in the marine world. I used to see so many snakes in my dream.
Despite paying for ‘redemptive work’ at spiritual homes, I couldn’t break free from the spirit husband, which was always bringing any man in my life to ruin.
Right at the place where I’d gone for a solution, the spirit husband showed up and had his way with me.The spirit husband made it impossible for any man to stick with me.
Moreover, the spirit afflicted me with persistent ulcerous symptoms and irrational anger. I was quick to insult my customers and this affected my business very badly. Then I shared my problems with a friend.
My friend Bolanle advised me to come to The SCOAN. It was there that the Lord touched my case, causing the demon in me to surrender.
A huge burden was lifted off me after that deliverance and now I sleep peacefully.
Believe in God and stick with God.
A Deliverance Testimony Like No Other For Moses!
“I am Ezenwanyi. This boy is my son…. He will not make it in life…. He has only two years to live. I pushed him into a cult. I have lived for two thousand years….”
Those were some of the claims made by the demon that had been residing in Moses all these years. The demon had spoken during the deliverance session of the service of November 9, 2025.
The following week I returned for his testimony. He started by confessing, I never believed in God’s existence, but what I have seen in The SCOAN shows me that God exists.
He said he had been an extremely stubborn child. I stayed away from school all the time and mingled with bad boys. Soon after, I got initiated into a cult.
They gave me a big post in the cult and it started to get to my head. With spiritual powers now in my hands, I began to act with reckless abandon, sleeping with numerous women and drinking irresponsibly.
But with more power came more challenge from opposing gangs. I bolted to my village after a voice repeatedly told me I would soon be killed.
At my village, I dared to start taking the sacrifices offered to the river goddess Ezenwanyi. I would appeal to the goddess before taking the items, which I would then sell off to raise money.
But there were implications. People began to avoid me and I continued to lose strength. I had no money and was soon forced to start stealing.
I even stole from my aunt despite how nice she was to me. Yet, my conscience was uncomfortable about it all.
Someone told me that my problem was spiritual, so I started to go to church but soon stopped.
After spending the transport fare his aunt had given him for church, I managed to appeal to my younger brother for help. That was how I came to The SCOAN. With tearful eyes,
I expressed regret for selling my father’s possessions. I also lost all urge for drinking, womanising and smoking. Now I’m so happy to read my Bible and there’s no more interest in clubbing.
Moses’ father, Okeke, thanked God for having taken over in the young man’s life. He advised parents to commit their stubborn children to God.
Parents do not give up on your children but keep praying for them. To the youths, embrace God.
The SCOAN Sunday Service: God Is Good
From Psalm 145:9 and Job 2:9-10 Evangelist James took his proof texts for the message “God Is Good”. He appealed to believers never to forget God’s good works in their life, whether the present moment is rosy or rough.
Thus, he used Job’s wife’s bitter words as an example of how not to look away from all the times when the Almighty has come through for us, even as He will still be there for us.
The evangelist warned the church against assuming that the lack of certain things is a chance to doubt God’s goodness. “Today, scarcely will you find someone who will say God is good when the goings are tough,” he observed.
No Christian Should Ever Forget This!
Evangelist James explained that difficult times do not mean God has abandoned us but that He may be showing us how to love Him and be satisfied in Him, without basing our happiness on worldly possessions. “Until you experience God, there will be dissatisfaction,” he noted.
The preacher therefore charged believers to be content in God while waiting on Him for their supplies. He assured congregants that handing control of their affairs to God is the best course to pursue, hence the need to avoid distractions from satan.
He concluded thus: “Take time to review God’s track record in your life – how far He has brought you – and you will testify of His goodness.”
SCOAN Sunday Service Encouraging Word
It was with a warm smile that Pastor Evelyn Joshua joined the people for the Prayer Line ministration. Referring to the sermon, she reminded the church about the importance of staying faithful to God at all times, looking away from sense evidence.
The woman of God prayed: “Father Lord, we bring You thanks and honour. We pray and praise Your Holy name as we walk into the light of Your glory and power. Almighty God, You are the One who lifts up our hands and answers our prayers whenever we call.
Father, we ask You to break every barrier that we have built between ourselves. Almighty God, destroy every wall that keeps us apart. We want to be a light where there is darkness.
Healing Session at The SCOAN Sunday Service
Lord, You know our weaknesses and shame; You know those things that make us to stumble and fall. We ask You, O Lord, to give us the power, courage, wisdom, love, faith that we need to be with You. Father Lord, we know that You are with us, then let Your will be done here today, in the name of Jesus.
Almighty God, let Your will be done in this house today, in the name of Jesus. Touch Your children with Your healing and deliverance hands and meet them at the point of their needs. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray.”
Armed with 1 John 5:14-15—“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.”
Pastor Evelyn Joshua petitioned the Lord over cases of difficulty in walking/breathing, drug/alcohol addiction, asthma, arthritis, hypertension, swollen belly/legs, goitre, prostate enlargement, and anal cancer, among others.
She also prayed for expectant mothers, who stood on the assurance in Psalm 121:1-2— “I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”
In another section of the Prayer Line, Pastor Evelyn Joshua and the evangelists pled the Blood of Jesus Christ upon various other issues, including foot ulcer, mental disorder, heart enlargement, liver problem, and swollen body.
Laying Of Hands Session at The SCOAN Sunday Service
In the rest of the auditorium the name of Jesus Christ reverberated as God’s servants moved in faith and power, with the miracles of salvation, deliverance and healing happening at once – all for the glory of the Lord!
One-On-One Session at The SCOAN Sunday Service
During the One-On-One session, the Holy Spirit also moved mightily, breaking chains and releasing long-term captives.
Mid-Service Charity For Family In Need – The Beauty Of Life
Among the recipients of prayer today was a family of five: father, mother and three virtually out-of-school children. The father, a former sawmill worker, had lost his right arm in an industrial accident.
The woman of the house had visual challenges, even as one of the children was suffering the same fate. Moved with compassion for the family, Pastor Evelyn Joshua, with the support of the Emmanuel TV Partners, gave them the sum of two million naira to enable them to start a business.
In the words of Prophet TB Joshua, “The beauty of life does not depend on how happy you are but on how happy others can be because of you.”
SCOAN Sunday Service Mass Prayer (November 16, 2025)

“Prepare your mind to receive because the position of God in your life is power,” Pastor Evelyn Joshua told the congregation. “Come to Him as you are,” she added at the start of the Mass Prayer session. Citing Romans 10:9-10, the woman of God asked the people to repent from their sins.
She told them to pray: “All that will stop you from gaining the mercy of God – we command it to be removed today, in the name of Jesus Christ! Every form of sin in your life – loose your grip, in the name of Jesus! We command the healing hand of God into your life, in the name of Jesus!
We command that problem out of your life, in the name of Jesus! Every infirmity, every heart issue, every kidney problem – we command it out, in the name of Jesus! Be freed from that trouble, in the name of Jesus! Be delivered from that chain, in the name of Jesus!”
Turning to the viewers, a declaration was charged to them by Pastor Evelyn Joshua: “The hour of my joy, peace, celebration, deliverance, healing, and testimony has come!”
A prayer was then offered for them: “All of sin’s power over your life and business is commanded to be broken, in the name of Jesus!”
The resources from the storehouse of Heaven shall flow into your life, your family, in the name of Jesus! We command the dew of rest to fall afresh on you, in the name of Jesus! We command the dew of rest on you, in the name of Jesus! May the peace, favour of God never depart from you, in the name of Jesus!”
The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Evangelists
Evangelist James told the people to pray: “You unclean spirit, you ancestral spirit, you family idol operating in my life – out, in the name of Jesus!”
“You spirit of addiction, confusion, bad character operating in my life – anywhere you are: Out!” Evangelist Ope asked the people to pray.
Next, Evangelist Joseph decreed: “All spirits of affliction attacking your life – anywhere they are: Out, by the fire of the Holy Ghost!”
Evangelist Chisom told the people to declare: “You spirit of disappointment blocking my breakthrough – anywhere you are, I command you by the authority in the name of Jesus: Out!”
The SCOAN Sunday Service: Prophet TB Joshua
In a Mass Prayer video, the prayer was offered by Prophet TB Joshua: “Let release be declared in the name of Jesus! Whatever weakness is being used by satan to get at you — let release be declared in the name of Jesus! Whatever challenges are being faced — let release be declared in the name of Jesus!”
