John 15:5 says, “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”

We all desire results, but many fail to realise that true success comes from a strong relationship with God. Prophet TB Joshua said, “I took care of the depth of my relationship with God; Jesus took care of the breadth of my success.” This means that when we prioritise our spiritual connection, God handles the results.

Satan’s greatest aim is to sever our relationship with God. Prophet TB Joshua said, “The greatest thing satan aims at in tempting God’s people is to overthrow their position as children of God.” To strengthen our relationship with God, we need His Word and Spirit. “We are only made spiritual by living in the Word and by the Word living in us.” – TB Joshua. Studying, meditation and obeying God’s Word bring us closer to Him.

Prayer sustains our relationship. As Prophet TB Joshua said, “Prayer is a relationship that exists between God and His children.” Through prayer, we align with God’s will and receive strength to overcome challenges.
