The Bible may not come alive to us because of the unforgiveness we carry in our hearts. When we hold bitterness or resentment toward others, it can block our spiritual understanding and dull our connection to God’s Word (see Hebrews 12:15).
To truly experience its power, we must read the Bible with forgiveness—letting go of anger and opening our hearts in humility. When we forgive, our hearts become receptive, and Scripture can speak to us more deeply and personally.

Answer – The Bible can no longer come alive because of the unforgiveness we hold. It is because we read the Bible with so much unforgiveness and bad feelings towards our neighbours.
What are the results of the Bible coming alive? One of the benefits of the Bible coming alive – we begin to feel the pain of others, which is the remedy to the poverty and hardship the world is facing today.
Advice: Read the Bible as often as possible. Keep meditating on it until it becomes a reality to you. You may not understand it the first time you read. Read it slowly, attentively and repeatedly. Even though our reason may reject it, let our heart crave for it.
