Two days after The Holy Spirit Visitation In South Africa With Pastor Evelyn Joshua, congregants assembled in The Synagogue to celebrate God’s endless goodness. With their hearts full of joy, faith and testimonies, they started the service of May 18, 2025 with songs of praise, knowing that maintaining blessings requires sticking with the One who has called us out of darkness into His marvellous light. They began, “Mighty Warrior/Great In Battle/Jehovah Is Your Name!” The more they sang, the more divine forces affected congregants in spirit, body and soul.
After the worship session, Evangelist David relayed greetings from Pastor Evelyn Joshua and, for the glory of God, introduced clips from Friday’s event at the Expo Centre, Johannesburg, South Africa.
The Move, The Moment, The Mantle
For the Prayer Line ministration, Evangelist Chisom moved towards those ailing in spirit, soul and body. He encouraged them to continue trusting in the finished work of the Cross. He assured them of the power in the mantle that guarantees God’s mighty move at every moment.
Brimming with anointing from the Holy Spirit Visitation, Evangelist Chisom declared healing upon cases of difficulty in walking, asthma, seizure disorder, high cholesterol, enlarged prostate, low sperm count, and gastric ulcer, among others.
At each touch, Heaven said yes to the desires of the people’s hearts, for every step taken toward God’s altar is a step away from pain, limitation and oppression.
Moving to the section for expectant mothers, Evangelist Chisom declared that, by the power in the Blood of Jesus Christ, there shall be no delay, no complications, no sorrow concerning the coming births.
God Almighty also used the faculties of His servant to change the stories of those reeling under the weight of nose bleeding, swollen belly, piles, drug addiction, epilepsy, whitlow, and leg ulcer, etc.
Indeed, many were the testimonies of the people’s mouths!
Released From Every Limitation
At the start of the Mass Prayer session, Evangelist Chisom asked the people to give thanks to God.
He charged them to pray: “Father, I have come before You. Give me rest from sickness, affliction, disappointment, limitation, poverty. “Thou Son Of David, have mercy on me. Let Your mercy and favour speak for me.”
The evangelist told congregants to declare: “Every spirit that is not of God – contrary spirits, ancestral spirits, family idols operating in my life, frustrating my business – out, by the fire of the Holy Ghost! You spirit of darkness – I command you by the light of God. Anywhere you are operating in my life, in my business – Out, in the name of Jesus!”
Finally, he prayed: “Every spirit of failure, disappointment operating in your finances, career – Out, in the name of Jesus! Receive your blessings! Every closed door to breakthrough – be opened, in the name of Jesus!”
In a Mass Prayer video, Prophet TB Joshua decreed: “You demon – I order you to leave my people right now! Every pain of the past, every insult, every embarrassment, every persecution – I release you, in the name of Jesus! Whatever pain, hurt, embarrassment must have caused you – be separated, in the name of Jesus!”
The man of God further prayed: “I order and command every demon disturbing you: Leave my people, in the name of Jesus! Every inherited sickness in your blood, in your fluids – Out, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!”

“Now I Feel Whole Again!” Gladys Declares
On May 11, 2025, schoolteacher Gladys sat for prayer as Pastor Evelyn Joshua ministered prayers of healing and deliverance. She had been suffering from arthritis for quite a while. “It made it difficult for me to do my job in the classroom,” she said on May 18, during her testimony. For the most part, she did her work in a sitting position and was unable to supervise examinations as much as she should. “Something left my body once I received that touch,” Gladys recalled. She declared, “Now I feel whole again!” She advised others to trust in God’s power always.
At Last, Kalu Walks Into Freedom!
“None of them will move forward!” fumed the boastful foul spirit speaking through Kalu during the service of May 11, 2025. The demon was referring to Kalu and his siblings. As the evangelist commanded fire upon it, however, the satanic agent began to relent, claiming that Kalu had been dedicated to him at birth. “We are nine children from the same mother but only one of my sisters is married,” explained Kalu, a father of three children from different mothers. “I used to see myself flying in dreams,” he added.
For 22 years, Kalu had sojourned abroad but had made no headway in business and relationships. “I was full of anger issues,” he said, “which was why I couldn’t stand those women.” Kalu knew that his problems could be traced to the idols of his father’s household. “I had almost given up, but my current partner kept urging me to visit The SCOAN since I have been in Nigeria for the last three years,” he explained. Since receiving a touch of deliverance, Kalu has overcome addiction to smoking. “Now I sleep peacefully as well – like a baby,” he said with a smile. He advised others to wait for God’s time.
“That God You Are Serving – Keep Serving Him,” Doctor Tells Man Healed Of Fracture
On April 27, 2025, 38-year-old Godwin had sat for prayer over a wrist fracture that was taking too long to heal. “The doctor had told me that the fracture would heal within six weeks,” Godwin told the church on May 18, 2025. A logistics officer, Godwin knew that was very bad news. “I made my way to The SCOAN for prayer,” he said. After prayer, Godwin saw his fracture heal within two weeks! “That God you are serving – keep serving Him,” said Godwin’s doctor when he learned that prayer had saved the day. “Run to God,” Godwin advised.
Mayamou And Eric Witness God’s Deliverance Power!
Mayamou from Liberia testified about God’s goodness in her life. “I had ignored tradition and gone to a certain river alone,” she said at the start of her testimony on May 18, 2025. That day, she had seen a strange old woman on her way to the river. “A part of the river turned black while I was washing in it and a catfish showed up around me,” she continued. Later, Mayamou saw a snake come out of the river and slide past her. From that day onwards, she began to see strange things in the dream. “I became full of anger and was mostly unwilling to interact with people,” she further said.
As time went on, Mayamou got married – luckily, to a man who introduced her to Emmanuel TV. Convinced about God’s power in The Synagogue, she made her way to Lagos for The SCOAN Living Water Service in August 2024. During that service, the demons in her had manifested before fleeing forever. Earlier, she had been diagnosed with ceased menstruation caused by ovarian cysts, tubal blockage and fibroids. She also had kidney issues. After deliverance, Mayamou returned to her doctors. “They found my reproductive system to be normal again,” she reported. “Always believe,” she urged others, “as you keep watching Emmanuel TV.”
Her husband, Eric, shared his own testimony. “I started getting involved with women early in life,” he began. The Paris-based man also told congregants that he had got into addictions that derailed him from a potential football career. Meanwhile, his mother had been to The Synagogue and received the Anointing Water and Sticker, which she had given to him. At the time, Eric was dating a girl who had confessed that she was an ‘ogbanje’ – a person possessed from childhood. Although she had claimed to have been delivered from the foul spirit, Eric’s girlfriend suddenly vanished from his life after sensing the power of the spiritual items from The SCOAN.
Eric, who had met the girl while working at a tattoo store as an illegal migrant in France, then started to pray and fast more after a dream encounter with Prophet TB Joshua in 2014. “I quit smoking, drinking, womanising, masturbating and watching pornography,” he testified. Subsequently, God gave him the spirit of contentment. “I decided to get married instead of being with multiple women,” he said. Moreover, Eric unexpectedly got a call from immigration authorities. “They gave me a 10-year residency permit,” he announced cheerfully. Since the deliverance, the couple has been living peaceably. Eric advised others to trust in God.
