The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Choir

“I Surrender All To You!” so sang congregants as they started the worship session of the service of November 23, 2025.

The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Choir

Moments earlier, they prayed for the forgiveness of their sins, begging the Lord not to serve them the judgement they truly deserve. In total surrender, they approached the Throne Of Grace for the perfection of everything needing Heaven’s touch in their lives. With the warning in Proverbs 3:5 on their minds, they knew better than to try to lean on their own understanding.

The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Choir

Thus, they opted to magnify their Creator with sweet melodies: “Be Magnified, O Lord/You Are Highly Exalted/And There Is Nothing You Can’t Do/O Lord, My Eyes Are On You/Be Magnified!” They went on to ask Ruach Elohim – God’s active, creative, life-giving Spirit – to take charge of the atmosphere. And the forces of Heaven descended into their midst!

Spectacular Transformation For Pa Ayinla And His Son Rashid!

It was on September 25, 2025 that the spirit of drunkenness was expelled from Rashid’s life. For the last 25 years, he had been under the bondage of drug abuse and drunkenness.

“I used to be a stubborn child,” he started on November 23, 2025. His parents had been unable to send him to school but had sent him to learn a trade. “I joined a bad gang during my apprenticeship and started living a wayward life,” he continued. Eventually, Rashid got into the trucking business after abandoning his original vocation.

With the proceeds from trucking, he was able to get his own place, get married and have children. “I was known at most drinking joints in my area,” he said. But things got worse, as Rashid started abusing drugs.

“My bad behaviour from drinking and drug abuse led to my dismissal at work,” he opened up. Helpless and broke, Rashid started selling his things, including his two cars and other possessions.

His wife also left him, taking away their three kids. “I couldn’t pay my rent and started begging for survival,” he said. Then he went into scavenging for plastic bottles.

A Father’s Unwavering Support Amid His Son’s Struggles

Now homeless, Rashid usually slept close to dumpsites. For three days, he hadn’t eaten any food, yet he dared to drink and take hard drugs. “I almost died on that occasion,” he recalled.

Luckily, co-workers managed to contact Rashid’s struggling father, who was a wheel barrow pusher at the marketplace. Yet, Rashid’s father continued to help him even though the younger man had kept drinking and taking drugs. Rashid’s father, an Emmanuel TV viewer, stayed patient.

At this time, transformation was already happening in Rashid’s life. “I lost the urge to drink after listening to Prophet TB Joshua’s sermons,” he said. When he finally came to the church and got the prayer of deliverance, Rashid stepped into the light of God.

“Now I no longer desire to drink alcohol or take drugs,” he said. Rashid blessed the name of the Lord and thanked his father for his support.

His 78-year-old father, Pa Ayinla, thanked God for the change in his son’s life. Rashid advised parents to support their wayward children with prayer. He also advised children to watch the company they keep.

Life-Transforming Charity For Pa Ayinla

The touching testimony of Pa Ayinla and his son Rashid moved everyone, prompting Pastor Evelyn Joshua, together with the Emmanuel TV Partners, to transform their lives by providing a fully furnished home for Pa Ayinla and donating ₦5 million to him to invest as a wholesale yam trader in the market where he had worked for over 35 years.

Rashid was also offered a place in the church—an intervention that has restored dignity, hope, and a future to both father and son. Glory be to Jesus Christ!

32 Years Of Asthma Ends In Praise!

On November 9, 2025, Benjamin was a recipient of prayer in The Synagogue.

On November 23, 2025, he shared his testimony. This was his testimony:

I was playing football one day when I suffered a breathing crisis and got diagnosed with asthma.

I had visited different herbal homes to no avail, even as I relied on an inhaler. Someone told me about The SCOAN and I came here.

Since the prayer, I have now been able to do the things I couldn’t do before. I also eat things I wasn’t able to eat before.

For advice, he told the people: “The God of this ministry is still alive.”

Nofisat Walks Freely Again!

For a long while, Nofisat had been suffering from severe lower-back and foot pain.

Here is her testimony:

I had woken up one morning with severe pain in my back and foot.

I went to the Hospital where I got different medications but things didn’t get better; instead, another source of pain appeared: my abdomen.

Tired of going to various places where I couldn’t find help, I made my way to The SCOAN.

When Pastor Evelyn Joshua prayed for me, I felt instant relief. Since then, I have returned to my business.

She advised others to trust in God. Her son, Solomon, confirmed the healing. “I’m very happy now,” he said.

“The Difference Is Unspeakable,” Says Sarah Freed From Household Idols

“They wear poverty!” declared the demon in Sarah from Ghana during the service of November 16, 2025.

With tears of joy streaming down her face the following week, Sarah stood before the church for her testimony.

She told of how poverty had ruled her family, with her grandfather and father having died early, leading to generational poverty.

It was a struggle for me to get some tertiary education and my family’s poor social status made me feel inferior always. I also faced issues in my career. I found it hard to land a job and I never bothered to give any man a chance.

Given all of these problems, I got suicidal at some point. But I had managed to pick myself up and come to The SCOAN.

Following a touch of deliverance, I had witnessed the demons in me manifest before fleeing.

The difference is unspeakable.” She urged others, “Trust in God.”

The SCOAN Sunday Service: What Have You Made It?

LISTEN TO THE SERMON TITLED: WHAT HAVE YOU MADE IT?

Evangelist Ope’s message was entitled “What Have You Made It?” and he read from Matthew 21:12-13, the famous passage where Jesus Christ rids the Lord’s temple of all untoward activity.

He began by asking, “How does this make you feel knowing full well that your body, as a child of God, is the temple of the Holy Spirit?” After a few other questions, he pricked the people’s conscience thus: “If you are to present your body to God, will it be acceptable?”

Relying on other passages such as 1 Corinthians 3:9, 16-17, 1 Corinthians 6:13, 18-20, Romans 12:1, 1 Peter 4:17, Hebrews 10:30, 1 Thessalonians 2:10, John 15:2 and 1 John 3:7, he carefully explained what it takes to lead a life that is acceptable to God.

Righteousness is a Gift; Holiness is not

Evangelist Ope noted that the believer’s identity in Jesus Christ comes from intentional living: maintaining spiritual and physical discipline based on God’s Word. “Righteousness is a gift but holiness is not,” he observed.

According to him, right standing should or must result to right living, which is holiness. He also stated that Jesus Christ expects believers to come as they are but not remain as they are. “You cannot come to Jesus and continue in your past life of sin,” he insisted.

Furthermore, the minister explained that genuine willingness to change is required in moving from who one is to what or whom Jesus wants us to be. “Jesus Christ does not force Himself on anyone,” he noted. In closing, he told the people: “Holiness is not the way to Jesus. Jesus is the Way to holiness. Come as you are!”

SCOAN Sunday Service Encouraging Word

“Faithful Are You, Lord,” sang Pastor Evelyn Joshua on joining the church for the Prayer Line ministration.

Next, the woman of God appealed to Heaven: “We have come to say ‘Thank You Jesus’ this morning. Father, we thank You for Your goodness, mercy, protection, provision and guidance. Almighty God, we ask that You help us to be watchful in prayer. Father, make us to be strong in all situations and circumstances. Father, we ask You to help us to know You the more, to walk in Your path and light, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Almighty God, touch us for Your glory, blessings, healing today, in the name of Jesus!”

Healing Session at The SCOAN Sunday Service

In answer to the prayer, the dew of Heaven fell upon every case of difficulty in walking, asthma, swollen leg, hernia, rib inflammation, difficulty in breathing, enlarged liver, and prostate cancer.

The woman of God also prayed for those heavy with the next generation, covering them with the Blood of Jesus and the fire of the Holy Ghost.

Ministering alongside Pastor Evelyn Joshua, The SCOAN Evangelists invoked the name of Jesus Christ to cast out the spirits responsible for sickness, disease and affliction.

For the glory of God, all chains of sickness and affliction were broken – chains of leg ulcers, epilepsy, smoking and drinking addiction, mouth ulcer, growth in the female private part, and mental disorder, etc.

Laying Of Hands Session at The SCOAN Sunday Service

In other parts of the auditorium, divine love continued to show as the ministers pled the Blood of Jesus Christ upon the people. The more the anointing flowed, the more congregants witnessed healing, deliverance and breakthrough for the ultimate salvation of souls.

One-On-One Session at The SCOAN Sunday Service

During the One-On-One session, the evangelists commanded fire on all stubborn demons, ordering them to flee forever.

SCOAN Sunday Service Mass Prayer (November 23, 2025)

The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Evangelists

“The enemy you see today, you shall never see them again,” said Evangelist Joseph when the Mass prayer session started. He urged congregants to say, “I know where I belong; I belong to Jesus.”

He then urged them to pray: “All demonic storms rising against me – be still!” For them he also prayed: “All demons battling against your progress, all demons, familiar spirits sent against you – anywhere they are: Out!”

Evangelist James charged the church to decree: “You ancestral spirit, family idol tormenting my life and family – I command you in the name of Jesus: Out!”

At his turn, Evangelist Chisom asked the people to pray: “You sickness, anywhere you are in my blood, bones, kidneys – I command you by the power in the Blood of Jesus: Out!”

Evangelist Ope asked the people to declare: “You spirit of rising and falling in my family – anywhere you are: Out, by the fire of the Holy Ghost!”

Pastor Evelyn Joshua

Taking over, Pastor Evelyn Joshua asserted: “It is written that satan has no right over your business, finances, family.” She prayed: “You satan, I know you are the cause of trouble, division, infirmity.

I command you to get out, in the name of Jesus! Every mark of the devil in your life – Out, in the name of Jesus!”

To viewers all over the world, the woman of God said: “Begin to break every chain.” She then prayed: “Any power operating in your life, causing stagnation, setback, delay – we command it out, in the name of Jesus!

Every darkness, hear the voice of God! Let there be light in your job, your family, your career! Receive your freedom – freedom from guilt, from fear, in the name of Jesus!”

Prophet TB Joshua

In a Mass Prayer video, Prophet TB Joshua decreed: “Every familiar spirit that causes you failure, pain, setback – Out, in the name of Jesus! You familiar spirit – leave, in the name of Jesus! Whatever satan must have used to connect you to himself – I disconnect you, in the name of Jesus! Be released, in the name of Jesus!”
