The woman of God thanked the congregation and viewers, praising God for His goodness at the recent SCOAN Outreach Meeting in France, where lives were transformed – the sick were healed and the oppressed were set free.
The congregation worshipped with hearts full of gratitude, declaring: “Emmanuel – God is with us!” They were reminded of Prophet TB Joshua’s call to daily prayer, acknowledging that every day is a gift to be opened with prayer.
Through powerful worship led by The SCOAN Choir, the presence of the Holy Spirit moved freely, bringing freedom, peace, and encouragement. The choir’s heavenly songs lifted hearts, inspiring the people to proclaim God’s supremacy: “By Your Blood You’ve Crushed Principalities/By Your Name You Established Authority/Jesus You Have Conquered All/Jesus You Reign Over All.”
The people were called to pray for their pressing needs, trusting in God’s Word that says: “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you” (Matthew 7:7).

James Is Back On His Feet Through the Power of Prayer
On October 19, 2025, James visited The SCOAN seeking divine intervention for a condition that had left him struggling to walk. Arthritis had severely affected his mobility, making everyday tasks a challenge.
At my office, I was given time off because I couldn’t perform my duties. As an engineer, most of my work became impossible, and I was constantly exposed to air conditioning, which worsened my condition. I even visited several herbal homes, but nothing worked.
Last Sunday, I came for prayers at the SCOAN Prayer Line and was prayed for by Pastor Evelyn Joshua. Since that moment, I can now walk perfectly well, to the glory of God!

Goodbye to Family Idol

From childhood, I lived under the shadow of fear. Even the smallest things could frighten me, and my thoughts were often filled with negativity.
Tragically, the things I feared most often came to pass. The spirit of fear touched every area of my life—my relationships, my business, and my peace of mind. I began to withdraw from people, living in constant anxiety and dread.
Over time, the oppression worsened. I felt deeply uncomfortable and struggled with suicidal thoughts. Night after night, I was tormented by terrifying nightmares, which I recognised as the work of the idol in my father’s house.
Even after marriage, the oppression continued, affecting my thoughts about my own child. Seeing my distress, my mother-in-law encouraged I and my husband to visit The SCOAN for deliverance. I obeyed, and during the prayer session, I initially felt uneasy.
But soon, a mighty move of God’s power swept through me, breaking the bondage of fear and ancestral spirits completely.
Since that day, I had experienced perfect peace. The nightmares and negative thoughts have vanished, and now I sleep peacefully—“like a baby.”
Her husband, Moses, also shared in the testimony, confirming the transformation in his wife’s life. He explained how she had once been tormented by fear and nightmares but now rests peacefully every night.

The Wrath of Family Idol Neutralised by Jesus
On October 28, 2025, John shared his powerful testimony at The SCOAN, recounting how God delivered him from the wrath of a family idol and its destructive influence on his life.
Born into an idol-worshipping family, I faced severe consequences from the evil practices that had plagued my household for generations.
My life was marked by misfortune: I had spent eight months in prison, was robbed on my way to an audition, and found my career and personal life repeatedly frustrated.
The family idol not only tormented me but also led me into drug addiction, further complicating my struggle. One night, I experienced a terrifying nightmare, feeling a force attempting to strangle me in my sleep.
The same idol was responsible for the untimely death of my mother, intensifying the pain and oppression in my life. I made the decision to seek help at The SCOAN.
During a prayer session, an evangelist laid anointed hands on me, and I experienced total deliverance to the glory of God.
I also recounted a remarkable dream in which Prophet TB Joshua appeared, advising me to lay low to avoid trouble.
Since that divine encounter, my life has taken a turn for the better. My career is flourishing, and the urge to take drugs has completely vanished.
Jesus is the answer; there is no alternative.
Double Deliverance for Sunita and Her Brother
On October 28, 2025, Sunita and her brother, Joshua, shared their remarkable testimonies at The SCOAN, recounting God’s mighty intervention in their lives.
Joshua had been struggling with smoking at night and, on one occasion, stole money from his sister, Sunita.
My efforts to trace him led me to an uncompleted building, where I found him in a precarious state with his hands tied.
He was taken to hospital and sedated, as he displayed signs of mental disorder. Concerned for his wellbeing, my father arranged for him to visit The SCOAN for deliverance.
During the prayer session, Joshua received his deliverance, and today he is completely calm and stable, with every sign of mental disorder gone, to the glory of God.
Meanwhile, I also received her own deliverance from a family idol that had plagued me with nightmares, failed relationships, and business setbacks.
God makes everything beautiful in His own time. I came for my brother’s deliverance, but God located me.
No matter the situation, God has the final say.
Spirit of Drug Addiction Expelled
On October 28, 2025, Emeka stood before the congregation at The SCOAN to share how God delivered him from the bondage of hard drug addiction.
My troubles began when I gained admission into a higher institution of learning, where I encountered friends who introduced me to drugs.
What started as experimentation quickly turned into a serious addiction, dominating my thoughts and controlling my life. For five long years, I lived like a ship tossed on an unruly sea, thinking I was enjoying life, but in reality, my addiction was destroying me.
The consequences were severe. I spent 80 percent of my finances on drugs, lost opportunities—including a denied UK visa—and suffered setbacks in both my relationships and academic pursuits.
My mother endured emotional trauma, often weeping over my condition, while I remained trapped in the cycle of craving and despair.
After a family meeting, it was decided that I should seek divine intervention. I came to The SCOAN, where Pastor Evelyn Joshua laid an anointed hand on me, casting out the evil spirit responsible for my addiction.
Since my deliverance, I have been filled with calmness and clarity, reflecting on the destruction drugs had caused in my life.
I thought I was enjoying, but I was actually destroying my life.
Drug use is not a solution. Only Jesus can save.
Spirit of Anger Overcome by The Anointing
On October 28, 2025, Lilian shared her powerful testimony at The SCOAN, recounting how God delivered her from a life-long struggle with anger and spiritual oppression.
I was born into an idol-worshipping family. I recalled that my mother carried me for 12 months before giving birth and that a strange woman had advised my mother to sow a seed, claiming I was destined for a separate path.
Though the advice was not followed, I grew up seemingly normal, until I began to experience uncontrollable anger that affected my relationships and daily life. I also had terrifying visions, often seeing myself under the ocean with strange people threatening to kill me.
Desperate for freedom, I visited The SCOAN for divine intervention. During the deliverance session, I faced a battle in the spirit, encountering evil forces that tried to hinder my breakthrough. But the power of God prevailed, and I was completely set free.
Keep believing in God. He will deliver you the way He delivered me.
The SCOAN Sunday Service Sermon: The True Solution
Pastor Evelyn Joshua took her place on the altar and began by ministering to the congregation: “May the Lord minister to your heart in Jesus’ name! You will continue to experience God’s goodness and compassion, and I pray that your testimonies may never cease from your life and your home.” She assured the people that as they heard and obeyed the Word of God, they would be refreshed and renewed in the name of Jesus Christ.
She introduces her proof text from 2 Kings 5:1-10 and announced the sermon title: “The True Solution.” Pastor Evelyn Joshua began by warning the congregation to avoid comparing themselves to God. Referring to the proof text, she explained that the king reacted angrily, saying, “See how this man is coming to pick a fight with me?” To many, life revolves around power and recognition, but this mindset is not aligned with God’s will.
She emphasised that every cunning or crafty scheme designed to dishonour God would not succeed. Using Naaman’s example, she reminded the people that even a favoured, mighty, and accomplished man couldn’t escape leprosy. Pastor Evelyn Joshua explained that character matters: those with questionable integrity will face rejection, regardless of their outward blessings.
When God Carries you, He will Protect you
Pastor Evelyn Joshua urged the congregation to seek what’s beyond worldly success, saying, “When God carries you, He protects.” She stressed that following God’s process is vital so that upon reaching destiny, one will not falter or explode.
She taught that cleansing of the heart, mind, and soul is necessary to humble oneself before God. The effect of sin is likened to leprosy: no worldly possession can cleanse it. Discipline and patience are required, as life is a marathon with no shortcuts.
She reminded the people that rejection often accompanies unacceptable character, but a heart open to God’s Word can receive healing. “Whatever manner of leprosy you have today, if only you can see Jesus, you will be cured,” she declared.
The Importance of Enduring Humility and Faith
The pastor highlighted the importance of enduring humility and faith, saying many will face disappointment and delay in God’s process. “Do not let pride take your sense of reasoning,” she cautioned. She encouraged prayer for humility and the guidance of godly counsel.
Finally, she reminded everyone that salvation through Jesus Christ is God’s free gift, given so that no one may boast.
“Receive it with gratitude, humility, and faith,” she concluded, leaving the congregation renewed in understanding God’s process and purpose.

At The SCOAN Prayer Line, the power in Jesus Christ flowed mightily as Pastor Evelyn Joshua ministered under the Spirit.

As the Spirit of God moved, the atmosphere was charged with divine assurance for expectant mothers who received words of protection.
Indeed, the God who forms life in the womb remains faithful to sustain it until the day of joyful delivery.
Through His anointed servants, God’s mighty hand continued to move across the Prayer Line, bringing healing, restoration, and renewal to all who came in faith.

At the start of the Mass Prayer session, Pastor Evelyn Joshua charged the congregation with faith-filled words, saying: “Position yourself for healing, breakthrough, deliverance, goodness, and the favour of God. It is time to pray and receive answers for your prayers.”
She drew inspiration from Luke 13:10–17, reminding the people of the woman who had been bound by satan for eighteen years until God’s mercy found her and set her free. “So shall the mercy and favour of God find you today,” she declared with authority.
“Whatever satan might have used to connect you to himself—be loosed from those shackles and limitations, in the name of Jesus Christ! Begin to speak the Word of faith to your giants!
Whatever stands between you and the promises of God, be humiliated, in the name of Jesus Christ! I command the healing power of God into your life and health—be delivered, be free, and be blessed, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!”
The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Evangelists
Taking over, Evangelist Joseph prayed passionately: “You messenger of satan attacking me day and night—anywhere you are, I command you, Holy Ghost Fire! You spirit of affliction, delay, setback, sickness, poison in my system—Holy Ghost Fire!”
Next, Evangelist James declared: “Every demonic cage, bondage, idol, and ancestral spirit over your life and family—command them out, in the name of Jesus Christ! I say, Holy Ghost Fire!”
Returning to lead the congregation, Pastor Evelyn Joshua urged:
“All that is not planted by God in your life, begin to remove them now, in the name of Jesus Christ! Every demonic resistance to your prayer, every negative power, I command them out, in the name of Jesus! Every failure—turn to success, in the name of Jesus Christ!”

In a Mass Prayer video, Prophet T.B. Joshua declared: “Heaven knows you are here! Every spirit that causes you nightmare—out, in the name of Jesus! Any spirit that causes you setback, affliction, disappointment, sickness, and disease—begin to rebuke them!
Every spirit that torments your life—be cursed, in the name of Jesus Christ! I command that affliction out of your system—your blood, bones, liver, body, and organs—out, in the name of Jesus! Every poison, wherever it is located—be broken, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ!”
