Read the recap of The SCOAN Sunday Service held on the last Sunday of December 28, 2025, featuring Words Of Encouragement ‘Reprogramme Your Life’, along with other events.

Key Event Highlights
The SCOAN Sunday Service: The SCOAN Choir
The atmosphere deepened as The SCOAN Choir took their place, ushering the congregation into heartfelt worship. With songs of thanksgiving, adoration and surrender, they directed hearts away from distractions and toward the presence of God. Each melody carried a reminder that worship is not a performance but an encounter, not mere sound but spiritual alignment

As voices rose in unison, the congregation became aware that worship invites God’s intervention. Burdens were silently released, tears flowed freely and joy resurfaced where weariness had lingered.

In those moments, praise became a pathway to God’s presence, affirming His lordship over the past year and His authority over the year ahead.
The SCOAN Sunday Service Testimonies (December 28, 2025)

Tobi’s Divine Healing of Broken Legs
Tobi testified to divine intervention after a ghastly motor accident left him bedridden with broken legs and multiple complications.
Here is his testimony:
For a long period, I had been unable to fend for myself, dependent on my wife for daily care. As the challenges multiplied, additional health complications emerged from prolonged medication.
I made my way to The SCOAN, trusting God for restoration. During prayer by Pastor Evelyn Joshua in the name of Jesus Christ, strength surged through my body.

As the service progressed, my condition continued to improve until I found myself dancing freely. Standing before the congregation.
His wife Rachael expressed gratitude to God for restoration.
For advice, he told the people: “Not to relent in faith.“

Shola Asserts Healed from Partial Stroke
Shola shared her testimony of healing from a partial stroke caused by chronic high blood pressure.
Here is her testimony:
I recalled waking up one morning unable to lift my limbs and how my condition worsened despite medical treatment.
In desperation, I turned to God and came to The SCOAN for prayer. After receiving ministration, strength returned and movement was restored.

Standing confidently before the church, I testified that without God I would not be alive.
For advice, she told the people: “There is nothing God cannot do.”

A Miracle Baby Girl For Florence!
Florence testified to God’s faithfulness in granting her the fruit of the womb.
Here is her testimony:
After years of waiting following the birth of my first child, I had received prayer as an expectant mother and claimed God’s promise during the Crossover Service.

Months later, I made a surprising discovery that I had been pregnant for eight months without knowing. Despite the unusual circumstance, I carried the pregnancy to term and delivered safely.
Her husband Isaac joined her in thanking God.
For advice, she told the people: “Rely on God in every situation.“

Sarah Saved From Marine-World Bondage!
Another testimony came from Sarah, delivered from marine-world bondage during Mass Prayer.
Here is her testimony:

I was once tormented by troubling dreams, spiritual oppression and destructive tendencies, I experienced freedom through the power of the Holy Spirit. Following my deliverance, peace replaced fear and clarity replaced confusion.
Her grandmother Nimota expressed gratitude to God for restoration. She ended her testimony with repeated shouts of “Emmanuel,” glorifying God.
For advice, she told the people: “Parents not to give up on their children.
Email Testimonies
Email testimonies further reflected God’s work across nations through the Emmanuel TV Prayer Line. From instant healings and deliverance to fruitfulness and academic improvement, these testimonies affirmed that distance is no barrier to divine intervention.

After the testimonies, the congregation lifted one voice in thanksgiving, acknowledging God as the source of every breakthrough.
SCOAN Sunday Service : Reprogramme Your Life
LISTEN TO THE SERMON TITLED: Reprogramme Your Life
Evangelist Shina mounted the altar with a message titled Reprogramme Your Life, drawing from Colossians 3:1–10, Isaiah 65:16, Romans 12:2 and Galatians 5:22.
He began by celebrating the life and legacy of Prophet T.B. Joshua, describing him as a man wholly persuaded by the Word of God and one whose faith continues to impact lives through the ministry today.

Evangelist Shina explained that stepping into a new year requires intentional spiritual reprogramming. Old patterns of thought, behaviour and attitude, he said, cannot sustain new levels of destiny.
He urged the congregation to upgrade their devotion to God, improve their quiet time with Him and allow the Holy Spirit to reform their inner lives.

He reminded the people that Christians are called to be agents of love where hatred exists and agents of humility where pride prevails. However, such transformation begins with inner renewal.
Without sincere acceptance of Jesus Christ, he warned, many would continue to look forward to new beginnings that never materialise. True fulfilment, he emphasised, comes from total commitment to God, not partial obedience.

Quoting the prophet Isaiah, he encouraged the congregation not to cling to past events but to watch for the new things God is doing. He explained that persistence in old character patterns would hinder progress, as the changing seasons demand spiritual adjustment.
He concluded with a prayer for eyes of faith to understand God’s opinion concerning every situation, urging the people to align their lives with God’s divine arrangement.
SCOAN Sunday Service Encouraging Word

Pastor Evelyn Joshua joined congregants for the final Sunday Service of 2025 at the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), opening the service with a prayer in which she said, “Father, may our help continue to come from You, in the name of Jesus.”
Speaking on the festive period, Pastor Joshua urged worshippers to be spiritually discerning about their activities and associations, advising them to “Go only where the Spirit of God is welcome.”
She emphasized the importance of spiritual priorities, telling the congregation to “Give Jesus His proper place and position in your life,” and cautioned that personal conduct should reflect Christian values, adding, “Do not let your lifestyle be a stumbling block to other people’s salvation.”

Looking ahead to the new year, the SCOAN leader said genuine change would require deeper dependence on God, noting that “for the coming year to be truly different, we must seek recourse to the Throne of Grace.”
Healing Session at The SCOAN Sunday Service
At the SCOAN Prayer Line, worshippers from different parts of the world presented petitions concerning a range of challenges, including difficulty in walking, abdominal swelling, urinary problems, toe ulcers, skin injuries, and diabetes. The church noted that the participants approached the prayer line in faith, expressing confidence in lasting testimonies.

Standing before God in humility, the congregation lifted prayers of thanksgiving and surrender. Meanwhile, with sober hearts, they also asked that mercy would speak louder than judgment and that, moreover, God would perfect every unfinished work in their lives.

Expectant mothers were also among those who received prayer, alongside women seeking divine intervention for conditions such as multiple fibroids and chronic bleeding. The service referenced Isaiah 53:5, which affirms that healing has been provided through Jesus Christ.

Other prayer requests included prostate enlargement, stomach ulcers, hernia, mental health challenges, epilepsy, hormonal imbalance, kidney disease, gambling addiction, asthma, fatty liver, hepatitis, high blood pressure, and other health-related conditions. As prayers were offered, ministers declared healing in the name of Jesus Christ.
