Otro Ministerio es el aspecto humanitario de la SCOAN que está encabezado por el Profeta T.B. Joshua y el equipo de Emmanuel TV. El ministerio se ha comprometido a atender las necesidades de las viudas, pequeñas personas, ancianos, discapacitados físicos, huérfanos y los indigentes. El ministerio ofrece becas a huérfanos y niños menos favorecidos con apoyo educativo proporcionado desde la escuela primaria hasta la enseñanza superior. También, hay un programa de rehabilitación para ladrones, prostitutas y militantes de la región inestable de Delta, Nigeria.
